I always love coming to this location. The food is always in rotation and hot. The eating area is very clean and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. This is a great place to take the kids to burn off some energy on a any day of the week. They have a wide array of games and they also have bumper cars, and a mini- roller coaster. read more

Ok, I get the idea of this place, like other family pizza joints (without naming the most famous one) with games and entertainment. It's a buffet-style restaurant with salad, pasta, pizza, etc. All of the typical buffet items you would expect. More like bad cafeteria-style. Heck, my high school cafeteria pizza was better. The pizzas were overcooked and sat out for awhile. Tasted like bland and flavorless cardboard. The kicker for me was watching an employee restock the buffet. He literally had a ginormous bag of pasta sauce that he dumped out directly from the bag. Gross food all around. read more

This place is disgusting dirty. I sat at a booth by the window and ate. when I was done eating I look out the window and noticed rat droppings on every windowsill where I was sitting. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months! We need more places like this to take our kids. I hate to see this place close down for being dirty!! read more

Been out of Texas for a number of years now. We live up north where so many will tell you the very best Pizza comes from. I can tell you with certainty, my old favorite is STILL my favorite, Mr Gatti's! Truly one of the very best Pizza's on the planet! This location is exceptional as well! Super clean, well managed and staffed by a very nice and professional crew. Now, if we could just work out drone delivery to New Hampshire life would be perfect! read more

As a grown man attending a work outing I wasn't really fond of going to Gattitowm but it worked out in the end. The buffet selection was far and few when we arrived. The ambiance is that of an establishment that promotes arcade and food for the kids. read more

I am a huge gatti's lover and was surprised to find this location! We didn't know they closed at 8pm and walked in at 7:15pm. I was surprised to see that it was still packed at this time! This location definitely looks like on the older side, so there's a lot of stains on the floor and seats. The staff was friendly and accommodating! I was able to get all the pizzas I wanted to eat and still have fun at the game room. They have quite a few selection of games to choose from and a wide variety of prizes. I would definitely one back in and loved the taste of the food! read more

Pizza was old, employees very rude, half of the games did not work and were over priced, the bathrooms were filthy and restaurant smelled like dirty mop water. Save your money and go to Dave n Busters instead. Will not be going back. read more

This place was pretty good. Food was fresh and buffet area was very clean. Selection was also great, the service was fast and friendly for a buffet. The game are a little overpriced besides that overall I would definitely recommend. read more

Buffet was lacking. Dining area was cramped and filthy. There were like 5 types of pizza and all of them were old and dry. The candy cotton machine was pretty cool though. The salad was fresh and the toppings were well kept. The drink station was kinda dirty and ran out of cups for whatever reason. Finally, when we did get to the game room I will say it looked promising...until you actually walk around and realize it's kinda small. Most games were out of order which was a bummer. They have bumper cars and a little frog jumper ride for smaller kids. Prices for games were mostly 1-3 credits. Would not visit again just based on the my observations on my recent visit. read more

Do not waste your time and money on this place! Went for a birthday party and we were charged an "Entry" fee! But yet on my receipt it said Adult buffets. My kids (12,14) and I didn't go for a buffet we were there for the birthday party. I wanted to leave and get my money back ($60) but stayed for my family. The party host didn't even Host. All she did was drop off some pizzas and drinks and only showed up after party was over to clean up and kick us out. Checked out the buffet since I had paid for it and it was NOT appetizing at all. Didn't even look like a buffet. Only about 5 trays of pizza out that looked old from just sitting there. Very limited and few options. Only good thing was the salad. The games are $1.00 and up each. The prize selections were not even worth it. read more

I don't know how this place is still in business. The employees are miserable and clearly don't want to be there. You have to wait for mediocre pizza then scramble to get some before it's gone. And the place smells like a restaurant dumpster. read more

Got sick eating here from my grandson's babies birthday party. You can tell they were very busy. We chose this place for our family because food variety and since the baby's birthday is in January, it's very cold to have a birthday outside in the yard. You could tell that the employees were very frustrated with how dirty the place was, and dealing with the large crowd. They need at least 2 to 3 people outside the buffet area at all times sometimes people are very dirty, touching, or sneezing on food. Overall, we had a great time. Thanks to the employee that kept our tables clean at all time he did a great job. If I could do it all over again I would've ordered pizza separately from the buffet. read more

0 stars if I could I just left this place very upset. I called and placed an order. I was told it would take 20 minutes. When I arrived I was told it would take another 10 minutes. Great food for a family outing. Service was great! Always cleaning the tables making it inviting to sit at a clean tables.

Okay hear me out the expectation was not very high to begin with but my daughter insisted this is where she wanted to come! Now let me state that the customer service was good and all employees were seriously so sweet, I also liked how the dinning rooms were divided into the sports room, theater room, and so forth very cute! But the food area was messy in the floor, and the food seemed so limited, when we got there there was maybe 4 pizzas to chose from.. and there were a ton of people trying to get food, honestly I ended up just getting a salad and waiting roughly 20+ minutes to await some pizza. Honesty it really bizarre but it was what was expected as far as taste and choices go. The play place was fun for my 7 & 4 year old. Overall the experience was mediocre. read more

This was a fun experience for my family. We have two young children who had a blast with all the pizza and sitting in the theater room was definitely a big highlight for the kids. While the staff are generally always on the younger side, they were all very respectful and kept the pizza hot and fresh. We did have a slight hiccup when trying to redeem points at the prize area, but they made sure to get it corrected immediately, so it was only a minor issue. I'm in town from New Orleans. My son picked pizza for dinner, I figured a buffet was a good choice. The buffet literally... has one piece of cheese pizza... and two pieces of pepperoni.. and a supreme pizza. Disappointed doesn't begin to explain it. Then , the restaurant is a mess.. no one is walking around cleaning anything. Staff was nice, but seemed overwhelmed when the place has three occupied tables. Looks like we missed the rush, but clean up after the rush. I have been here for 20 mins and not one table has been cleaned. Oh there was Macaroni and cheese on the buffet. read more

I'm giving two stars really because the staff was very sweet. But the place is filthy. Please managers and owners, I know you guys read these reviews. The food was so limited, no desserts, maybe 4 different pizzas, it was so strange how bare the buffet was. The floor in the dining area was so filthy with pizza smeared on the floor, tables were sticky and messy, I even saw a roach in the corner where the bussers collect the plates. It was crawling on the wall towards a woman who was sitting next to the wall. I asked the attendant if someone could operate the frog ride and he let me know he was the only attendant on duty and he would be there in a few minutes. Which was fine I get it, but almost a half hour later and he never came. I paid almost 100 bucks to take my family out for this and I'm so disappointed. read more

Okay, been to like six kid's birthday parties here in the last couple of years. First, it's a pizza buffet. There's no good Pizza buffet on the face of the planet. So I won't hold that against them. Honestly, it wouldn't be a terrible place for kids parties at all with one exception... Every time I've been here it smells like sewage. I don't know if the management or staff is nose blind to it but this place smells awful. Like poop. And pee. It's gross. If they could get rid of the fowl stench of bowels I'd give them a few more stars. read more

I'll start off by saying, the way y'all have the layout for Social distancing is good. Having the employee serve the pizza, salads pre made, and having the toppings in their individual containers, cool. My problem was when I walk in and see a sign that says, "Mask Required, for sale inside for $3." Really? Charging for a mask? A mask. One mask. Making it a requirement for mask is fine. However, charging $3 for a mask that the person only has to wear when getting their food is ridiculous. If anything you should be able to provide the mask for those who don't have one. I haven't seen a place charge for a mask. Y'all are here trying to make business but scare people to walk away cause they gotta pay for a mask. read more

Clean, buffet was well stocked, employees were nice and clearing tables quickly. My son had a great time

My husband and I like to bring our kids here. But this is the second time I've been sick. The lettuce on the salad bar were brown and wilted and the spinach was also wilted. I had to wait twice as long as originally told because I ordered a medium two topping pizza that was on special and they only put one of the toppings on the pizza and gave it to me like that instead of telling me that they had run out of the other topping. It was also a medium pizza that was placed in a large box so it was all scattered and messy, the cashier didn't know what she was doing or she just didn't like her job that much I don't know which one it was maybe gross, but I definitely am not going to recommend this business read more

This was my first time. I really enjoyed it. A smaller buffet menu but was still good and fresh. Had no issues.

My family and I stopped in here randomly one evening to play some games. None of us had been here before so we were not really sure how it worked. When we approached the front counter we found out in order to play the games you had to purchase a buffet. We decided since we also had not eaten dinner we would go for it. The pizza buffet was $7.99 per person and it was Mom's night so my sister (the mom) got to eat free. You got a game card with some money on it, we opted to add more to it. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the buffet and salad bar. The pizza was fresh looking and it looked like better quality than Cici's pizza. There was a ton of stuff on the salad bar too. We ate in a theater room where my 3.5 year old nephew could watch the huge tv screens with cartoons on. Boy was he occupied. After dinner we headed into the game room. The game room was kind of like a Dave and Buster's for little kids. I guess it was similar to Chuckie Cheese but it seems like they had more games for a little bit older age. My nephew was able to play most of the games. He loved the video games where you sit in the car, sled, motorcycle or whatever else there is. There was one where it was a snow mobile that tilted side to side. He loved it! There was also a photo booth that was pretty cool. My sister, nephew and I all were able to squeeze in and get a portrait taken. My mom loved it! One thing that was pretty cool about Gattitown was that you did not have to worry about keeping up with the tickets - they go right back onto the card. Then when you are done and head into the prize room they just swipe your card and it tells them how many tickets you earned. Overall I thought this stop was a hit. My nephew loved it and it was perfect entertainment for him even at 3.5. read more

Went in this evening to enjoy a night with my family and as we went to the buffet all the pizzas were soggy and looked like they had been there for hours. Then we went to sit down and my daughter accidentally dropped her drink so I quickly tried to clean it up. As I was doing so the employees were just sitting there laughing instead of helping. They seemed super young and didn't care to help. It was just a bad experience all around so I received my refund and left. Never will I return, no wonder this place is dying out. I just saw one staff wiping down the tables with the broom he just used to sweep the floor. This location did not have fresh pizza out. Yet, the one in Round Rock, Tx always ensured fresh pizza was laid out. However, once the staff member was informed that the pizza was not fresh he immediately notified the kitchen of the situation. The kitchen was quick to correct this, and all staff members were very polite and professional. The ones that picked up the plates were kind and very attentive to the customers needs. The brownie were also hard. I give it a three star for their food. read more
