We went to Game Stop at La Frontera first because we were already at the shopping center. The very rude fellow behind the counter didn't even look up at us and said it was not repairable. Why repair a disc when you are hoping a customer will buy a new one from you? It was a totally different story at Game Over near Sprouts in Round Rock. They fixed it for us for $1! The very helpful gal behind the counter told us exactly what to do to prevent future scratches. She even offered to try to fix it again for free if the first try didn't work. The first try worked perfectly, and my kids are playing it right now! I will not be going back to Game Stop.

This is the same GameStop I used to visit when I was a kid, and now, I get to make memories here with my son. The employee went above and beyond to help us pick out a game, was incredibly kind and patient, and made the entire experience feel personal and genuine. It wasn't just about a sale--it was about connection and great service. They had a variety of goods, from blind bags/boxes of various characters, to t-shirts, funko pops, plushies, cute loungefly backpacks, figurines and tumblers! Prices vary, can be affordable to "wow, let's save it on our wishlist for next visit." My 6-year-old son loved everything he saw.
