It's a membership video rental shop that provides access to movies that aren't available on streaming services. You can rent VHS, DVD, & Blu-Ray. This iconic space in North Loop is a meeting ground of sorts for like-minded people to gather. It's a welcoming and kind vibe, exactly what Austin is known for.

They offer different membership tiers. My husband has the student membership, which costs $5 per month and allows him to rent one movie at a time for seven days. To return it, you simply place the case in the return basket at the checkout counter. He got back to me by Monday and kept me updated as to when he started, issues he potentially found, and when he resolved them with pictures for status updates. I managed to snag a birthday gift for my hubs here on a visit, I managed to find a hardback book he had been looking for in pretty solid condition.
