The Seattle airport had changed their sky cab service when they arrived. My mom is completely dependent on sky, cap and wheel chair service to travel and Allie went into the airport and got each of my mom's needs met so that she could safely travel. I was planning to give a negative review on what just happened. I decided to call the dispatcher and talked to Jason. Jason had already been informed that the passenger wasn't happy "me" and wasn't told about the service fee for the area. I explained to Jason that the driver and scheduler had good customer service and the driver was on time. Some people may lie about something like this to get a cheaper fair, but I don't like conflict and wouldn't waste my energy just to save 27-30 dollars. I would have given a 5 star if there wasn't a miss communication during scheduling. Jason made it right and refund me the difference. Thank you.

It was less than a half of a mile ride. They charged me $23 Then the lying thief tells me cash only unless I want to pay a$5 fee for using the card reader. Would've been nice to know that before hand. These guys are crooks. Oh and the fare/rates for the other guys on the side of their doors posted that they started with the $5 pick up plus $3/mile. I could've saved $20+. I would not recommend but I certainly would advise against and urge others not to use these crooks. Make sure to see what taxi you are being rushed into

When we refused to pay him cash, he acted as if he was going to drive away with our 4 suitcases and 3 pieces of carry-on luggage still in the back of his vehicle, refusing to open the trunk lid until paid. Given $25 cash, he more-or-less dumped our luggage from the back of the taxi, then told us he wanted a tip as well (no!) -- and when I asked him for a receipt, he said he'd get one. He sat down in the driver's seat, started the taxi, backed into our luggage -- nearly running us over -- and left. Unfortunately, my cellphone was in my carry-on and I couldn't get to it to photograph him or his cab ID number before he began backing up. Little driver, huge ego, terrifying driving. Totally irresponsible. Outright thievery.
