Basically a hidden gem! Great service with the perfect atmosphere. Undeniably the best part of my trip and regretting that I didn't find this establishment earlier. Basically all the distilled spirits are on point. They have a membership that truly will wet your whistle! But as a basic visitor I must say glad I came here. Try anything they have and you will more then likely walk out with a bottle in hand. The rye whiskey is very different but subtle without that normal spicy kick. The vodka is slightly sweeter due to the corn. The blueberry honey and apple pie whiskey are unique in the style its made. But overall the Brandy was my go to, aged 5 years distilled with grapes in an oak barrel was my favorite. Don't be shy just walk in and you will be sure to enjoy!

I have never had a better wiskey sour. This place is so great. The drinks are amazing and the whiskey and vodka are on point. The lemon drop is the best lemon drop I've ever had. We are members because we are guaranteed to buy more than one bottle a month. It is so much more laid back than any bar in the tasting room. Good times with good people.

This place is great. Hubby took me here yesterday for some drinks since I don't care for beer OR wine. Great vibe, super friendly owners, and delicious drinks. I had 2 cocktails and hubby drank his liquor straight on the rocks. Magic booze, went home...passed out for 2 hours and woke up fresh as a daisy! We will definitely be back.

Tonight was our first visit and we met some great local people. We were welcomed the second we opened the door. We started with a taster flight then ordered the blueberry Mojito and old fashioned-both kicked ass. The warehouse was nicely built out and clean and comfortable. Paul took the time to share his story with us. We ended up signing on for the monthly club. Going to try make this a regular thing the first Saturday of every month.

Amber is Amazing she talked us through the whole process and how to taste. The Flight was great! If you do not take home a mason of the Apple Pie Sunshine you are crazy!!! The Rue is amazing as well!

Very cool to have the process explained.

I've been meaning to drop in based on others' recommendations, so today was the day. Owners are the operators, Paul educated us about the distilling process and the unique characteristics of their spirits. We tasted some very smooth bourbon and whiskey. They have a nice menu of cocktails. It was a nice place to sit and enjoy a nice drink, on a no rush day. We will be back.

This is definitely a hidden gem in Ramona and a must! The Blueberry Honey and Honey Wheat are delicious. They have a great selection of tasty/creative cocktails to enjoy. The owners are very friendly & welcoming.

The signage is small so keep an eye out. The owner, Jeff, is a riot! We did a tasting that was curated by him and our love for libations. He makes all of his spirits himself. His distillery started with gin which is why I'd never been because I don't like gin for any reason. I would love to say that I remember the different cocktails that he whipped up for us but we drank a lot and that was months ago. LOL. I can say everything was outstanding! My favourite was this fluffy daiquiri ice (Baskin Robbin's ice cream I love) flavoured cocktail that was indescribable but so stinking delicious. When our tasting was done we all lined up to purchase bottles. I bought a bottle of rum which was my favourite libation of the evening. I've been told the maple syrup and the pancake mix he sells is a must to buy so definitely go check it out. Looking forward to our next tasting, Jeff!

Every time I've come in, the atmosphere has been relaxed, the pours have been great, and the conversation has always been enjoyable -- to the point that I've ended up bringing home quite a few bottles over the years. The bartender has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to talk through their offerings without making things feel rushed or overly formal. On one visit I ended up trying a whiskey made from beer -- something I'd never come across before -- and it ended up being one of my more memorable pours I've had there. That kind of discovery is exactly what keeps me coming back, and it speaks to the range they carry beyond the usual whiskey offerings and rye-focused selections. I can only speak to my own experience, but this has easily become one of my favorite local tasting rooms.

Unfortunately the guy working the tasting room wasn't really interested in us or the products but made us feel more like we were intruding on his afternoon. He offered no insights into the various products and instead focused on his problems with his wife and his outside interests. We went specifically to taste ryes and he insisted that they don't make a high rye even though when we got home we found a listing for their Cali Gold High Rye. He is doing a disservice to the distillery by continuing to work there. The place could be cosy and inviting with a different server.
