What an amazing experience coming to Edwards vineyard! We came for the Glamping experience and it did not disappoint! We started off with wine tasting, had the pleasure of having Brad educate us on the history of the vineyard and each wine we tasted (each wine was truly better than the last). I highly recommend coming to visit, it's such a cozy and welcoming vibe. You get an intimate experience as it is more of a "mom and pop", which made it so personal and fun! The Glamping was just as great, the tents were very well equipped and clean and was the perfect romantic getaway and escape from reality! I will definitely be back for more wine tasting in the future and would love to glamp again as well! This place is a must to stop by in Ramona!

Took home bottles of Rosé of Syrah and Valley of the Sun Rosé.

First time visiting and had a very nice experience. $12/guest for a 5 pour flight tasting (waived with any 1 bottle purchase). Beth, co-owner with her husband, greeted and poured for us. It's one of Ramona's smaller vineyards, but they are making some nice wines. They have a small, covered, outdoor tasting patio with tables/chairs and a serving area. Very rustic atmosphere, not like the other wineries in the area which have a tasting room structure/building. There is a standalone porta potty which was large, clean, and smelled fine. They don't serve munchies, but you're free to bring your own. We shared a cheese plate with one of the other visitors. WINES: The wines were all very drinkable with our favorite being the 2015 Petite Sirah. We also enjoyed the 2014 and 2015 Syrah. Surprisingly though, we took home bottles of their Rosé of Syrah and Valley of the Sun Rosé. Wine tasting can be very subjective however service is not. Beth and her husband were super friendly and they make nice wines. We recommend you stop in and give them a try.

Beautiful view in a somewhat rustic setting. Wines were all great but our favorite were the Rosé of Syrah and Own-Rooted Syrah. The Rosé was just the right amount of refreshing and sweet for a warm sunny day.

We tried the tasters and we loved them all. They all reds which is great and the owners are super friendly and welcoming.

We stopped in on our way over the mountain to Borrego Springs. Both the wine maker Victor and his wife Beth were there. They were both charming and Beth took the time to give us the history of the wine etc.. Frankly we weren't especially thinking this was going to be a great experience as it is a small outdoor tasting area with no bar etc like other tasting rooms. Boy were we wrong! The wine is exceptional! We ended up buying half a case and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend! Also the view is phenomenal from that outside space.

    $25 - very reasonably priced!

Another winery referred us to this place for good Syrah's, which is my favorite. We pulled up and it was an outdoor wine setting with a big dog to greet you and a lovely staff ready to pour some wines! I liked the fact that most of their red wines were bold, and the Syrah's were absolutely delish! They were also reasonably priced - the bottle we bought (Syrah 2010 - mature oak) was $25. The owner was very friendly and she even told us where we could buy a Julian apple pie at! I definitely recommend adding this to your wine route! They're one of the best wineries in the area.

I love this winery. It's small and and charming, and is about the wine - not about party buses and souvenirs. It is a family owned and run business, and you can chat directly with the proprietors (lovely people) during a tasting. Their 2007 Syrah is one of my favorite wines of all time. (Not favorite Ramona wine, or favorite of the varietal - favorite period. It's that good.) If you are looking for a stop on a party bus tour, this may not be up to your expectations. The 'tasting room' is just a small covered patio up on the side of the hill with a bar and a couple of tables. But if you are coming to taste some incredible wine and to deepen your appreciation of the craft, this is definitely a must-see place for you. It is quiet and peaceful and you can sit and discuss wine with the owners and fellow patrons while looking out over the grape vines. It's the perfect way to spend a weekend afternoon. I have nothing but great things to say except that I'm not there drinking the Syrah right now.

Good service and patter, fine wine tastings. It looks like it will be sweltering, but the pavilion and breeze on the hillside make it tolerably pleasant. Best winery I've visited in the Ramona area.

I've been to 100's of wineries all over CA, OR and WA and I have to say their Petite Sirah is one of the best I've ever had!

That said, the owner, Andy, was so gracious and welcoming that we genuinely want to see him succeed; it feels only right to spread the word. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. We left with two bottles of wine--despite usually preferring reds, we couldn't pass up both the Albarino and the Sangiovese. One tip: double-check your route on Google Maps before heading over. Just a heads-up--it's not the dirt road!

There's a small, but comfortable area inside by a stone fireplace, as well as a nice deck in front offering the wonderful views of the vineyards and surrounding hills. They even have a cave, however it's not open to the public (at least as of our last visit). WINES: Andy (owner/winemaker) poured for us and provides good service and nice insight on his wines and vineyard. One tasting fee is waived with one bottle purchase, as Andy's motto is "We want to sell wines, not tastings". Chuparosa offers mostly Italian, French, and some Spanish varietals (Albariño, Grenache Gris, Mourvèdre/Grenache Rosè, Sangiovese, Cab Franc, and Zinfandel) and in my opinion they're all well-made, elegant wines, some of the best in the region. Chuparosa is a "must visit" winery when in the Ramona wine country.

Called 20+ Vineyard and put my requirements and was chose Crystal hill as my choice, I am so glad I made that decision. Best wine, amazing scenery, very private, kid friendly, pet friendly most of all sweetest Staff you will ever find. This is the best winery of Ramona by far and exactly what we were looking for. The view is stunning and beautiful view, atmosphere is very relaxing. Wine choices we were excellent, Excellent wine, especially the whiskey barrel wines! Wine Choices: We initially ordered wine flights, double and singles an we choose the below bottles from there. 1. 2016 Stone Lake Merlot 2. 2016 Whiskey Stone Lake Merlot 3. 2019 Malbec Rose 4. 2017 Whiskey Rose They even have food; their flatbread is amazing too. The Staff and owners were very nice, as we were having good time Scott the owner took the kids, around 10 of them to a short hike and showed them around the property and vineyard, kids had good time while adults were drinking up. Meanwhile Kristy engaged the smaller kids. It was all fun and everyone had fun. Special kudos to the lovely bartenders.
