Very disappointed. Took both hats as a lost. The first hat I designed was for Father's Day. When I…read morewent to pick it up they forgot to make it 3d so they refunded me just for the stitching and gave me a free stitch for next time. So this week I decided to cash in on that and get a hat. I purchased a hat with them and did the 3d stitch. After it was done I was told it wasn't going to look right because they can't put heat on the hat because it was water resistant. If that was the case I would not have gotten that hat. I would have picked another hat. She just gave me the hat and said sorry. I wasn't in the mode to argue. But I do have the time to let others know so they don't experience the same issue. In my opinion the first hat was ok it just wasn't what I paid for but they probably shouldn't even offer the 3d option if it's going to look like mines. There is still pieces of foam in between the letters and sticking out of them. Complete fail. Sorry. I feel like I should have been offered another hat or not been charged. FYI - the brown parts (burn parts) were done by me. I did try to clean up the hat a little bit. There were long string pieces hanging from the letters as well.

Rating: Less Than 1 Star…read more I found a hat priced at $209 that had a visible hole in the outer brim. When I pointed it out to the sales associate, she told me that was "how the hat is made." I asked whether there were any other holes like it on the hat, and she acknowledged there were not. Because the item was a final sale, I asked whether they would consider a discount due to the defect. The assistant manager declined. I then asked to speak with the store manager and was told the manager was not there. When I asked who could make that decision, the assistant manager said she would need to contact the executive manager but did not offer to do so until I specifically asked her to make the call. Instead, she took the hat from me and said she would return it to the vendor. I explained that I wanted to buy the hat and was simply requesting a reasonable discount because it had a visible defect. At that point, she said, "It can't hurt to ask the manager," took my phone number, and said someone would get back to me. I'm waiting to see whether management follows up and will update this review accordingly.

When the system started playing "Africa" by Toto, and I had my new sandals in hand, I knew it was more than serendipity, 'I was meant to be here'. I read some pretty awful reviews about the customer service here, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I hustled in with my normal jovial jive. Mike kindly greeted me and led me to exactly what I thought I was looking for, Cobian sandals. While Cobian's weren't at all it for me (too tight in the middle of the foot), as I browsed Mike perfectly balanced providing support/giving me product knowledge with allowing me time to try things on slash check things out. In other words, anytime I had questions, which I had quite a few, he was there, but not in a hovery way. He informed me of other products, but really only when it was appropriate. I knew I was leaving the store with sandals today, and Mike made that experience a breeze-no hiccups, no funny business, just excellent customer service. The same is to be said for the rest of the lively crew, including the associate who rung me up. Truly, nothing but good vibes here. Thank you to the entire crew! Again, this place was clean!
