I bought a few items for my son on Sunday and was made aware of their exchange policy. One of the items didn't fit, so I went back with the tags and receipt on Wednesday, but the woman at the counter said that she would not be able to exchange the pants. I had came in last weekend very excited to buy from this store and the service was great. A couple of days later I came to exchange a shirt since it didn't fit properly and they do not allow you to try on the shirts in store. I'm greeted by an older women and she says she can't exchange the shirt bc there's a little deodorant stain which is understandable, I then continue to shop and she follows me while having other customers in the store and she continues to stare and hover over me. I was planning on buying another shirt since I couldn't return it. She made me feel very uncomfortable and after I said I don't need any help and that I was taking time to look at the selections of shirts she continues to stay staring hard at me. She was literally 2 inches away from me. She really thought I was gonna steal and decided to leave the rest of the store un attended not paying attention to other customers there. I was going to buy some shorts but when I went to pay with my moms card that only takes credit when I went up to the cash register it did not work and the employee said I needed my ID for credit but to just use debit with a pin but the card did not have a pin until my mom put a pin on the card. read more

Worst store in the mall. Terrible customer service and rude childish employees mainly the lady. Had multiple bad experiences here but I shrugged it off thinking they were isolated. Its not, just look at the other reviews. Don't waste your money here, Walmart at the end of the mall sells exact same scrubs and some of the exact construction/dickies gear. They denied me and my daughter dressing to even though they had dressing rooms for no reason, and when I went to pay they made me show an id for my credit card? As well as another time I went with my eldest daughter and she was trying on clothes but they told her she couldn't because there was a max amount of clothes you could try on. I was in there the other day to exchange two tank tops for a larger size, I never wore them. It was over the two week limit for returns, but I just wanted to exchange the tops, and hey had the same product on the rack. The woman was rude when she found out I was there to exchange my previous purchase. Refused to exchange the tops. This is not what I would call good customer service from this store. If I could 0 stars I would. Went to this location with my fiancee to get him more pants cause this is the only place he gets them. While he is in the dressing room, a women whose name I dont know began following me around the store using aggressive hospitality in a very rude way. She was huffing every time I touched a stack of pants and complained when I grabbed a pair from the middle(my fiancee's size). And she told me not to grab from the middle cause it pushes the rest back. I told her that I can fix it if it's such a big problem. I waited by the dressing room for my fiancee to finish and she goes up to the gentleman that was working g with her and starts complaining about me in Arabic. Obviously she didnt realize that I can kinda understand what she was saying. When my fiancee came out that was when the gentleman came over and starting asking a bunch if questions on how he can help us, also using aggressive hospitality. I work in retail, I know the tactics to deter theft. There are ways to go about it. But to start following me as soon as I walk in the store when all I had was a small Zales bag was ridiculous. And playing Arabic prayers in the store, you should really be careful cause you cant force your own religious beliefs on other people. i came in here today looking for pants that i wanted to buy, but because the service here was so bad i had to leave. the women working there asked me for my size, when i told her my size she said she didn't think they would fit me. i've been small my whole life, i'm a size 0 and i have been for a while. i asked if she thought i was bigger then that and she rudely said "well yea". then grabbed the size i wanted, passed it to me and said "see, do you think those would fit you?" i put the pants down and just walked out. you as a worker should never speak to a customer that way. i could be struggling with an eating disorder and you would've made it worse. i went back later to let her know the way she spoke to me was rude, we are both young women and it was wrong of her to put me down in that way in front of other people. instead of apologizing she decided to argue, tell me i was wrong, and that she was just trying to tell me the sizes run small. but that's not what she said to me at all, she looked me up and down told me in a rude manner that the pants wouldn't fit me. i again just left the store in frustration and called to ask for her name. the man on the phone just handed the phone to her immediately, she was hostile and very unprofessional. i said i had gone in there earlier and had a bad experience with a worker and i wanted her name. she then said "yea that's me what about it" i asked her for her name and she said "you want my name? bet. ashley" and then hung up. i've worked in the retail industry before and i would NEVER imagine telling a customer they are wrong about the size they say they are. she made me feel very uncomfortable and bullied. don't come here unless you want to leave feeling bad about yourself. read more
