Please support! Family owned business- we need them, it's getting harder and harder to find places that actively stock clothing for working professionals. I came in because I urgently needed some coveralls for work. They got me hooked up, quickly and cheaper than most online sales. I hate buying clothes online bc you never know how they will fit. read more

I had a great experience shopping here for the dickies pants my teen had been wanting for her school uniform. They had a good selection of sizes and styles, making it easy to find the right fit. The staff were friendly and helpful. read more

Would not allow return within 5 minutes of leaving the store. Exchange only. The sign on their register clearly states you can return with original tags and receipt within 15 days. read more

Great work pants and scrubs. Good price and helpful. Lots of choices go check the out!

I bought a few items for my son on Sunday and was made aware of their exchange policy. One of the items didn't fit, so I went back with the tags and receipt on Wednesday, but the woman at the counter said that she would not be able to exchange the pants. However, I could buy the size that I needed if necessary. I thought it wasn't fair, especially when considering how expensive the pants can be. read more

Great customer service every time !! I come here very often and always greeted with smiles

I had came in last weekend very excited to buy from this store and the service was great. A couple of days later I came to exchange a shirt since it didn't fit properly and they do not allow you to try on the shirts in store. I'm greeted by an older women and she says she can't exchange the shirt bc there's a little deodorant stain which is understandable, I then continue to shop and she follows me while having other customers in the store and she continues to stare and hover over me. I was planning on buying another shirt since I couldn't return it. She made me feel very uncomfortable and after I said I don't need any help and that I was taking time to look at the selections of shirts she continues to stay staring hard at me. She was literally 2 inches away from me. She really thought I was gonna steal and decided to leave the rest of the store un attended not paying attention to other customers there. I've never felt this way while shopping it's really one of the worst experiences I wouldn't recommend coming if it's the old lady working! read more

Diego Wear - My pants - Uniforms Near Me - El Cajon, California

This place is an obvious scam. There are no prices listed and there are no dressing rooms and no returns so if the pants don't fit or if they are defective you are screwed. They don't tell you before you purchase the item that you cant return it. Never going back again. Pure robbery. read more

Rude customer service and was not willing to solve the problem. I was going to buy some shorts but when I went to pay with my moms card that only takes credit when I went up to the cash register it did not work and the employee said I needed my ID for credit but to just use debit with a pin but the card did not have a pin until my mom put a pin on the card. read more

Just left from this store. Got followed around by some lady who had a floral shirt on. I'm assuming the manager or owner. A customer from her store recognized me after I left & said she told him I stole from her. Girl, run them cameras back, I dare you. If she was feeling threatened why didn't she stop me when I left? Weird behavior from the elderly read more

Worst store in the mall. Terrible customer service and rude childish employees mainly the lady. Had multiple bad experiences here but I shrugged it off thinking they were isolated. Its not, just look at the other reviews. Don't waste your money here, Walmart at the end of the mall sells exact same scrubs and some of the exact construction/dickies gear. The prices aren't good either. Dont waste your time here. read more

They denied me and my daughter dressing to even though they had dressing rooms for no reason, and when I went to pay they made me show an id for my credit card? As well as another time I went with my eldest daughter and she was trying on clothes but they told her she couldn't because there was a max amount of clothes you could try on. Owner is extremely rude too. read more

Extremely rude and disrespectful customer service! There is a woman working there who is very rude. She was there yesterday. ( Saturday ) We we're going to buy a few items, instead set everything down and walked out. read more

I was in there the other day to exchange two tank tops for a larger size, I never wore them. It was over the two week limit for returns, but I just wanted to exchange the tops, and hey had the same product on the rack. The woman was rude when she found out I was there to exchange my previous purchase. Refused to exchange the tops. This is not what I would call good customer service from this store. I left while being disappointed and very unhappy, and upset! Won't shop there again... You can spend your money elsewhere and get the same or a better product with better customer service. read more

If I would rate the store definitely I'll not give them a star!, and don't get me wrong the store it's okay, but the employees aren't, I bought a jacket from them like a week ago, I wasn't planning to buy it bc I was there to buy a scrubs, I was in the fitting room trying a scrubs a few moments later he told me are you done ? Bc I have more customer waiting the fitting room so I decided not getting any scrubs just the jacket, I went to the counter and buy it the tall man told me if you want to returned you can, today I went to returned the jacket bc it was another brand the girl in the front told no our policy is not refund or exchange I told her what happened that day and about the tall guy, another man coming from behind trying to help but instead of helping me he call the owner and they started talking in Arabic, I told him can you talk in English I don't understand anything, he continued talking to him in Arabic, at the end of the discussion the guy raised his voice to me and tell me I'm here talking to you about 5 min like I wasn't understanding what's going on, he was so rude to me and I told him but absolutely I never would back to that place because of them! I forgot to add I asked for the complaint book guess what, they don't have any book! I was so upset! Bc now I have to keep the ugly jacket I also ask for a credit store they told we don't do that! Like they don't do anything to help the customers! read more

If I could 0 stars I would. Went to this location with my fiancee to get him more pants cause this is the only place he gets them. While he is in the dressing room, a women whose name I dont know began following me around the store using aggressive hospitality in a very rude way. She was huffing every time I touched a stack of pants and complained when I grabbed a pair from the middle(my fiancee's size). And she told me not to grab from the middle cause it pushes the rest back. I told her that I can fix it if it's such a big problem. I waited by the dressing room for my fiancee to finish and she goes up to the gentleman that was working g with her and starts complaining about me in Arabic. Obviously she didnt realize that I can kinda understand what she was saying. When my fiancee came out that was when the gentleman came over and starting asking a bunch if questions on how he can help us, also using aggressive hospitality. I work in retail, I know the tactics to deter theft. There are ways to go about it. But to start following me as soon as I walk in the store when all I had was a small Zales bag was ridiculous. And playing Arabic prayers in the store, you should really be careful cause you cant force your own religious beliefs on other people. My fiancee and I agree that we will never go to this location again. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't shop here!! They apparently have a return policy of 14 days and I went back on the 15th day and the manager refused to help me. THE MANAGER!! I have worked as a retail manager for over 10 years and was appalled at the customer service I received. Had I know the manager was so penny pinching I would have taken my business elsewhere. i came in here today looking for pants that i wanted to buy, but because the service here was so bad i had to leave. the women working there asked me for my size, when i told her my size she said she didn't think they would fit me. i've been small my whole life, i'm a size 0 and i have been for a while. i asked if she thought i was bigger then that and she rudely said "well yea". then grabbed the size i wanted, passed it to me and said "see, do you think those would fit you?" i put the pants down and just walked out. you as a worker should never speak to a customer that way. i could be struggling with an eating disorder and you would've made it worse. i went back later to let her know the way she spoke to me was rude, we are both young women and it was wrong of her to put me down in that way in front of other people. instead of apologizing she decided to argue, tell me i was wrong, and that she was just trying to tell me the sizes run small. but that's not what she said to me at all, she looked me up and down told me in a rude manner that the pants wouldn't fit me. i again just left the store in frustration and called to ask for her name. the man on the phone just handed the phone to her immediately, she was hostile and very unprofessional. i said i had gone in there earlier and had a bad experience with a worker and i wanted her name. she then said "yea that's me what about it" i asked her for her name and she said "you want my name? bet. ashley" and then hung up. i've worked in the retail industry before and i would NEVER imagine telling a customer they are wrong about the size they say they are. she made me feel very uncomfortable and bullied. don't come here unless you want to leave feeling bad about yourself. read more
