    Dry Baklava

All I wanted was a piece of baklava... they should have offered me some water or something too because it's dry dry dry.... Definitely not gonna order other food from here because why would I smh

Back again!! Spanakopita was still light and fluffy and melt in your mouth delicious! And I think their chicken shawarma is the best I have tried in town! Wow! This is a hidden gem. I have driven by many times and finally decided to pop in for dinner. The spanakopita was the best I have tasted. The Saganaki was tasty as well.

Half of the spicy gyro and Greek fries. Warning...it is spicy!!

I've been wanting to try this location and recently saw the promotion on by one gyro get one free so figured it was the perfect time to stop by and pick up dinner. The promotion is on the half sides, so I basically got two full size gyros each for the price of their half. The full size is honestly two sandwiches with plenty of meat, my boyfriend devoured both of his while I kept one for lunch the next day. We got the spicy, I feel like typically spicy gyros aren't even that spicy to begin with. Well let me tell you....they are spicy here!!! Hence why I also only ate one half. It was great and delicious but I would have loved a lot more Taziki sauce on the gyro which is the only reason I'm giving it 4 starts instead of 5. Next time I'll be sure to ask for extra sauce. We also got the Greek fries and a Greek salad. Loved both sides! The large Greek salad also came with a pita to eat on the side. Great friendly service as well! I'll be back again!

Amazing food! Love their Greek Fries and shawarma. Definitely one of my favorite Arab restaurants in Indiana. The owner is great!

This place is a hole-in-the -wall but the south gyros, hummus and Greek fries are all delicious.

Both were delicious and well portioned. The guvec (veggie casserole) had eggplant, mushrooms, peppers, carrots, and other veggies plus rice and a small salad. The delight had carrots, eggplant, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, served on top of hummus and walnuts. The food was delivered quickly given the restaurant was full on a Friday night. Good thing we made reservations, which we will do again when we return.

The entire place is covered with the evil eye charms, so you should definitely be safe here. I highly recommend reservations because they sure get busy. And while the ambiance is great, you really cannot linger for long, as there are usually folks waiting to get a seat. The menu is quite extensive and offers plenty for carnivores and vegetarians alike. I opted for the Iskender, which is crisp pita bread pieces topped with meat slices, all of it doused in a savory tomato based sauce and topped with dollops of yoghurt. The bread has little crisp edges and together with the meat and toppings gives you like a mini sandwich in your mouth. Simply delicious. The Turkish spices bring a wonderful flavor to the dish. I highly recommend it. Hat to admit it, but I have not been too impressed with the tzaziki on previous visits. It was somewhat runny and bland, but I haven't had in a while. Street parking is limited, but in the summer there is a gravel lot on the side of the neighboring building. However when it snows, parking can be a bit of a problem, so be aware.

We're always looking for good Greek food in Indianapolis and noticed this spot while eating…read moresomewhere nearby, so we decided to make a trip back downtown for it at a later time. Located in a cute blue house, this is conveniently located near Lucas Oil Stadium and there was a huge concert going on the night we were there, but we were still allowed to park in their parking area. Inside has nice lighting and is pretty plain but has a homey feel. The menu contains many items we're familiar with having visited Greece twice. So I'm going to be a little critical here with my review of the food. I ordered the Greek Spaghetti, which I have had in Greece. Unfortunately this was not at all what I was expecting or anything like Greek spaghetti. What I was served was basically Prego spaghetti sauce with pieces of gyro in it. Traditional Greek spaghetti (or Makaronia me Kima) is a wonderful sauce that's seasoned with all kinds of memorable spices. It's definitely not pieces of gyro meat thrown in a sauce. So while this was fine, it was not what I truly wanted or thought I was getting so I was pretty disappointed. My husband got the chicken souvlaki and that was better but still not quite like what I remember. The meat was almost smoked and lacked some of the Greek spices that gives it a distinct taste. And the tzatziki...well, let's just say it tastes like whipped feta and was lacking in flavor too. I did enjoy the pita bread. Our service was underwhelming as well. It took a while for anyone to notice we were there and needed to be seated and the server basically did the bare minimum, never even asking if we wanted our water refilled. Overall, it was fine. If I had never been to Greece, I may have a different opinion but this isn't someplace I really want to go back to.
