I met a friend for lunch and decided to give this restaurant a try. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted, and the cashier was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the menu and offering recommendations. The restaurant was also clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant first impression. I ordered both the chicken shawarma wrap and the beef shawarma wrap. Unfortunately, once my order was ready, the aroma immediately told me this probably wasn't going to be a good fit for my taste. After trying both wraps, I realized the flavors just weren't for me. The meat had a strong seasoning profile that reminded me of curry and ginger. While I'm sure many people enjoy those flavors, they simply weren't my preference. I was only able to eat a few of the fries. They were a bit bland but ended up being my favorite part of the meal. Although the food wasn't to my liking, the customer service was excellent. This place was recommended by Kiara, so I decided to check it out. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, which made for a great first impression. Since it was my first visit, I wasn't sure what to order, so I looked over the menu and asked one of the employees for recommendations. He was very friendly and took the time to explain a few of the popular options. I decided on the Arabic Style Double Shawarma which came with two rolls cut into bite sized pieces so I could try both the chicken and beef. I was undecided which one I wanted so went with both. I knew the portion would be too much for me to finish, but I planned to take the leftovers home for my family. It came in a box and was around $27 which included fries, coleslaw, and several dipping sauces. When I opened the box, I was happy with the portion size, it definitely felt worth the price. The presentation was nice, and there was plenty of food. My only complaint was that none of the sauces were labeled, so I had no idea what each one was. After trying them, I believe my favorite was the garlic sauce. It would have been helpful to know what each sauce was before dipping. The coleslaw was surprisingly good and ended up being one of my favorite parts of the meal. The rolls themselves were well seasoned and flavorful. Between the two, I preferred the chicken over the beef, although both were tasty. The only downside was that the fries were placed underneath the rolls, so they became soggy from the steam and juices. I think separating the fries from the rolls would help them stay crisp longer. I ended up eating most of the fries first since I knew they wouldn't reheat as well, and I only ate two chicken pieces and one beef piece before I was full. I took the rest home for my family to try. They thought it was just okay and said it wasn't something they'd request again. Since the sauces weren't labeled, they were also hesitant to try them. I enjoyed trying it and appreciate the value for the price, but I'm not sure it's something I'd order again. They have other menu items that looked good so I may try those out next time. We ate inside, they have comfy dining seat options including booths and tables. I enjoyed the lit up Mr. Shawarma sign. Since I didn't purchase a drink at this visit, I wish they would have complimentary water station. read more

Very nice staff! Very welcoming upon entry to The store. Store is easy to get to when leaving the big club store near by. I like the setup where you can see exactly what is going on and how your food is made. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap , no pickles sub sauce for spicy garlic sauce and onions. We were in the area and saw Mr Shawarma. I had been craving shawarma so it was fate! We both tried the chicken shawarma in a wrap without pickles. The chicken was juicy and nicely seasoned. They gave us some picked veggies and I tried one with the wrap and I gotta say next time I should keep the pickles. Service was very friendly. I have been here twice and each time I have tried something different. The customer service is great. The employees had answered questions I had and made recommendations. The first time I went I got the chicken pita which was really good. It had fries in it and the chicken in it was very juicy. It came with dipping sauces which was the Chili sauce and pormagrant molasses sauce. My friend had got the beef wrap which she loved. We had sat inside and had our meal which the restaurant was very welcoming and decor was really nice. The prices were very reasonable especially for the amount of food you got. They had allowed us to try the TrFalafel-chick pea, which had onions and garlic dipping sauce. It was different but it was good. A true hidden gem!!! This was my first time having Shawarma, and it will not be my last!!! My husband got the beef shawarma wrap, I got the chicken shawarma wrap, and we shared an Arabic salad. I cannot begin to explain the incredible flavors that burst in my mouth. My only complain is that I wish the Arabic salad was more lemony. It's a blast of flavor and your taste buds will thank you dearly. I've had shawarma all over the United States and the Middle East, this is up there with the best of them. The French fries that came with the shawarma were also great to eat on the side. The hummus was delicious. I genuinely have no complaints about this meal.
