The thigh and breast were also extremely dried out. Obviously, it was overcooked. When I called in a very nice voice to ask how I can get it not dried out next time. The person Carie who said she was a supervisor, started making excuses and talking down to me in a bit of a condescending voice saying, "well it IS cooked on a BBQ grill outside." I said, "I know that. I have been coming there for many years." Then she started making some other lame excuse and this caused my temper to rise. JUST SAY YOU ARE SORRY. Shocked by this treatment I asked if she (CAREY) was really the supervisor and she said, "Do you want to talk to the owner?" and I said yes. She said loudly, "There is a very angry lady on the phone" and THAT MADE ME FURIOUS, so I hung up. SHE (CAREY) was the cause of my anger when I was talking nicely, and my voice was calm until she started making excuses. I asked our waitress about upgrading to the pricier dry aged rib eye, and she surprisingly talked me out of it saying the regular rib eye was really good. She was right. The combination of the grilling and the buttery sauce was delicious. It didn't need any additional sauce, but out of curiosity I tried the house sauce that was on the table, and it was quite nice. For some reason, they have a Tesla coil (from the original Tesla, not the car company) and they fired it off while we were there. They give plenty of notice before they do as it makes a loud sound and sparks fly about the device. It was interesting. So, if you're in town and looking for a good steak, give this place a try.
