The cheesesteak is my favorite. The buffalo chicken cheesesteak is a close second. Amazing food you will not regret it.

Wow, I've never had a smash burger before, but will definitely be back to try more at this lovely…read morelittle food truck located at K2 Brewing! I've heard of El Pollo Feo, but hadn't had the chance to check 'em out until I recenty found myself drawn to K2 on a sunny Saturday afternoon. I ordered their basic smash, which was just $10 (a screaming deal in today's economy). I did pay for quite the generous $4 side of fries, too. It was allll so good. The smash burger was dripping with cheesy goodness, and the shoestring-style fries were perfectly crispy, salty, and a lovely accompaniment to the burger (and my Oktoberfest beer). I will most definitely be returning soon and trying one of their other burger options. They also have chicken burgers!

I only went one time on 4/28 and ordered the Mary Plain Blige smashburger. It was so salty it was…read moreinedible. I gave it one more bite, and even the grilled onions were terribly flavored, how is that possible? Soggy bun, oversalted burger, super dry on the edges, awful flavor. I'm sure I must have caught them on an "off" day, but I won't risk it again. I even had to go to my favorite smashburger joint the next day to "heal" from the experience. I was worried I would be turned off burgers for life. Super sad to have to report this, but I'm somewhat of a burger expert. :( Update: I ordered the Mary Plain Blige on April 28, 2026

Well all I have to say is yum!…read more Well that's not all I have to say. Doing a not so strict keto, but I still tried the baked beans (just a taste) very different. In fact I'd like them better then Texas beans. Texas Does a Charro bean which to me is not beans.. The brisket was flavorful moist, mostly lean with a very thin fat cap. Pulled pork was finished up perfectly with a touch of Carolina vinegar.. The ribs were awesome. Had a nice labor. I got the end of moore center cut guy, but they were still good a little dryer than I like because of the end but I guarantee you if I would've got the center they would've been beyond perfect. I would highly recommend coming and giving it a chance when it comes to true barbecue this is about the only place around here I have ever dined that that was on the money.. Beer, wine cider, sodas, lots of sides and great food

The brisket was absolutely top-notch--tender, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the meal…read more 6 x 1/2 pound 120.00. The coleslaw, unfortunately, was pretty bland and disappointing, especially considering the large order cost $18 and looked more like a small 10-ounce serving. We also never received the cornbread, so I can't comment on that. My husband did enjoy the mac and cheese and said it was very good. Our total came to about $195 with food, tax, and tip. Based on our experience, I'd recommend ordering the meat from here because it's excellent, but making your own sides at home. The brisket alone is well worth it but still pricy, but the sides didn't justify the price.

They had a vegan special that was loaded baked potato lumpia, and it was a trip! Mashed potato with vegan bacon bits and cheese in a lumpia shell. The vegan version of traditional lumpia was also delicious (we love the sweet & spicy chili sauce), and the vegan pancit was great too. And vegan dessert lumpia! Banana with ube coconut dipping sauce. The folks working there were also super nice and got us a side of spicy chili crisp for the pancit. I hope to have their food again sometime! The food truck is outside the brewery, and seems great for the summer, but we went in December so brought our food inside Beach Cat, which was a great place to hang out and have tasty beer.

I can't speak for all of their food, but I went there for the first time just to get lumpia and…read morebought a large basket of them. Although they had good flavor, a lot of them were burnt and over fried. They are quite small and not worth $2.50 each. I'm not a large person by any stretch, but after eating six of them, it was not a meal. I would definitely pay a dollar each, which I think is pretty fair for lumpia. There was one person in line and it did take 20 minutes to get my order which I didn't think was too long. Not much ambience as the food truck is between two buildings so you have to walk to get your view or take it to go, of course. I probably won't make it a regular stop.

Stella Sopra Italian - Best eggplant parm ever!

If you find yourself anywhere near the Tulip Festival, make sure this spot is on your list…read more During our weekend of tulip sightseeing, Stella Sopra ended up stealing the show. We came for the flowers, but this little food truck parked at Tulip Valley Winery delivered the kind of meal that sticks with you. There's something magical about pairing genuine, well-crafted Italian food with a flight of local wines. Chef Alberto runs the whole operation himself cooking, serving, sharing stories, and making you feel like you've been invited to Sunday lunch at his family's table in Italy. His passion shows in every bite. I've had plenty of eggplant parm over the years, but this one? Best I've ever eaten. Served in a simple plastic container yet unforgettable perfectly balanced sauce pasta cooked just right, and eggplant that was tender and full of flavor. My husband ordered the chicken mushroom ravioli, and I was tempted to sample half of it. Big, pillowy pasta filled with rich, savory goodness an absolute win! We also split a Caesar salad (because veggie balance is important) and ended on a high note with tiramisu. It was airy, creamy, and just espresso kissed enough to keep you going back for another spoonful. We lingered on the patio glass of wine in hand, soaking up the scenery and wondering how a food truck in the middle of tulip country had turned into one of our favorite dining experiences in ages. The Stella Sopra truck travels between Bellingham and Mount Vernon. If you see it parked anywhere don't overthink it. Order whatever catches your eye. You'll definitely leave happy.
