    Pork and kimchi quesadillas
    Anna T.

Holy flavor Batman! Got off the trails at Galbraith starving and decided to stop at the closest place available, with turned out to be an Asian fusion food truck. Y'all I have never been so happy. I got the pork and kimchi quesadillas and without a doubt it is one of the best meals of my life. SO many layers of flavor...it's filling, satisfying, gooey, and perfect. I got it with the optional ranch dipping sauce and pickled onions 10 out of 10.

This salad is so fricken delicious! I'm just gonna go ahead and dump my pineapple cucumber salad on top though! Who's gonna stop me?!

I'd always wanted to try Mofongo so that was an easy decision (ordered with pork); we also ordered the pernil sandwich with tostones. Both were super tasty and we scarfed it all down. (Thus no pictures...) Word of warning (such as it is): BIG garlic flavor, which we loved, but be warned that you will have some serious dragon breath afterwards for hours Food was reasonably priced for the quality and portions. I'm not sure what the price complaints are about? Great atmosphere, lovely people and delicious food. Do check them out when you're in Fairhaven.

First time for us at a Puerto Rican restaurant so we weren't sure what to expect. The location is a good part of town and the restaurant was nice and cozy. Little bit chill though. They for sure weren't running the heat much. Service was helpful and kind but getting our food was quite slow. They did apologize with the reasoning being only had 1 cook. I can appreciate that but when you're out for one of the busiest restaurant nights of the year, you should be expecting a busy night and be staffed appropriately.

Located literally steps from the brewery, and with handy online ordering, this was a fun option for me and the dude as we watched the 'Hawks stroll to victories over the 49'ers and the Rams. The first game, we enjoyed the B'Ham and Cheese, featuring bacon, ham, cheese, and a toasty rosemary bread. In a word: YUM! Last game, we shared the Jalapeno Popper which was too spicy but in a good way. You know what I mean? Like you can't stop eating because it's too spicy and you have to take a few sips of beer between bites and you immediately crave another sandwich because it was sooooo good? And yet, so spicy? Speaking of beer, these sammies pair well with all of my Stemma faves. The Jalapeno Popper went especially well with Stemma's Mexican Lager, though the dude thought it was equally delish with his hazy IPA. Will we return for the Super Bowl and a grilled cheese trifecta? Time will tell!

The sandwiches are massive and loaded with cheese! The kids had fun showing off who could get the longest cheese pull, and the easy cheesy ended up winning. They have canned drinks for you to choose from (mostly polar seltzers) but if seltzer waters are not your thing the brewery offers many drinks! Service was quick and nice, and there was tons of seating outside near the food truck. Overall great spot for a nice lunch before going off and exploring Bellingham.

Type of cuisine: Bread. All things freshly baked: bread edition. And all things on freshly baked bread. Sandwiches, pastries, coffees and more. Ambiance: Cozy, and vast, the space is equal parts grandma's country house charm and idyllic Fairhaven. The front is quickly bustling as we enter right as the doors open for the day, a line immediately building up behind. us. This spacious entryway full of menus in chalk and digitally are graced with a plethora of tasty options for snacks, meals, and treats enjoyed in the large, expansive restaurant or outside in the parking space-turned patio seating area. What I ordered: We selected four of their breakfast sandwiches on signature rosemary bread, each one as delicious as the last. For beverages, a mocha, an americano, and two steamed milks made their way to our table. What I loved: The sandwiches. Greasy, full, tasty and full of a novelty of tastes. They were devoured. Why I loved it: Quaint and cozy, a space for couples, families, friends and everyone in between. Cost: Average to high

We tried the bioluminescence drink and the toasty marshmallow latte. The bioluminescence drink is very aesthetic and drinks like a soda / energy drink, though it is a one and done for me as I don't feel the sparkles are the most healthy thing. The toasty marshmallow latte was a bit pricy at $7.50 but they had 3 pieces of toasted marshmallow that is perfect (s'mores like but not burnt) and there is a lot of drink. It was on the sweeter side for me. They have Cinnamon Toast Crunch on the side but it was a bit stale, but I won't be docking off a star as there's not much to it and everything else was delicious. We opted to dine in for the aesthetics and I'd recommend doing so as there's higher price point doesn't seem as worthwhile if you take these drinks to-go
