Truck went to the same issue just after one day I picked it up. Then you told me that mechanic said the probably the part that you replace was the issue??? I repeatedly ask to double check everything the first time and when I came back ... The next day my car was was doing exactly same thing and then all the dashboard ligth came on and also it was choking like if it was out of gas ... to make a long story short they didn't plug the wiring back correctly i let the them seat on the of the engine ... i had to pay to have all that corrected then they left some bolts loose from engine mount ... after I told them to take their time repeatedly to do the job ,they just ignored me. We had been shopping for an F-150, the first deal fell through as they claimed we did not fill out the credit application correctly. The next thing we know is that the truck had been sold. Two weeks later we receive a call from the sales man stating he has another F-150. We decide to look into it and he mentioned it would be less expensive as it was a 2023. The price of this particular vehicle was listed online was $35, 487. He then proceeded to send us a four-square that stated this price plus the numbers for a trade-in. We had received the out the door price of $31,171.22 as shown on the attachment. Twice, we went in and the price now appeared as over $39K (also shown). This is false advertisement and bad business practice. They claim to want to earn our business and yet they have upped the price of the vehicle for a reason they cannot explain. They claim a second inspection was needed although the vehicle was already on the lot and was test driven. Needless to say, we will not be purchasing a vehicle from Ford Laredo.

This delay caused significant issues for me, as I had carefully planned my time in order to return to work. Because of this, I lost an hour of work and had to pay for three Uber rides since my truck wasn't ready in the estimated time. Additionally, when I asked about my truck, a woman responded unclearly and unhelpfully, saying that if it wasn't in the front, it must be in the back. My truck was in the back of the building What frustrated me the most was that, even though I had a scheduled appointment, they left my truck for last because they "had work from the previous day." I find this extremely disrespectful and poorly managed. I do not recommend this place, as they don't respect their customers' time or honor scheduled appointments, even if you show up on time.

I understand that parts can be delayed, but 10 weeks without a clear timeline is unacceptable--especially when this is my primary vehicle. What makes it worse is that the dealership has not been willing to offer a loaner or any type of temporary solution while my truck has been out of service for over two months. Customer service doesn't end when a vehicle is sold. When major repairs are needed, especially something as significant as a transmission replacement, there should be better communication, proactive updates, and some level of support for the customer during the wait. At this point, I'm frustrated by the lack of urgency and accommodation. I hope they improve how they handle situations like this in the future because no customer should be without their vehicle for this long without meaningful assistance.
