The dealers in San Antonio were playing games and charging for things like "Marketing" that Toyota of Laredo did not! We asked for the vehicle, they got it in the Lot, and we picked it up. I looked at the reviews before doing business like one usually does but thought the same thing as you probably will. "They have far more good reviews than bad, must mean something right? Well it doesn't unfortunately. Honestly the worst dealership ive had to deal with. I was not going to post a review but i was coming towards the end of my lease with them and another issue happened which was the last straw. I felt the need to warn other buyers to stay away unless you want to deal with headaches for every issue you have with your vehicle. Don't fall for the copy and paste replies the dealership makes to upset customers saying they will resolve the issue if we reach out or that they will fix the things they do wrong. There is a reason I am upset and a reason other people with low reviews are upset. It's not an over exaggeration. As soon as you sign the documents, the great customer service they show upon arrival disappears. I have never done a google review. But the last 3 years of my lease was just one thing after another and just felt the need to warn others to stay away and do business elsewhere.
