The front desk said that they were only going to charge for the computer diagnosis and not the visual inspection. But I never requested any computer check because my car didn't have any service lights 'on'. But I just wanted for them to give me the report on my car and get out of there. Because the day before I left my car like at 08:30 and I was told they would be done with visual inspection that same day but I called at 5:30 pm and was told they didn't have time to check it and if I wanted to leave it overnight or pick it up and bring it again in the morning. Not even an apology for not calling me in advanced so I could make plans to get a ride for work the next day. So anyways WATCHOUT again with that front deck don't let them poke your eyes like they did to me. Make sure they tell you straight out how much you're gonna pay. The next day my car was was doing exactly same thing and then all the dashboard ligth came on and also it was choking like if it was out of gas ... to make a long story short they didn't plug the wiring back correctly i let the them seat on the of the engine ... i had to pay to have all that corrected then they left some bolts loose from engine mount ... after I told them to take their time repeatedly to do the job ,they just ignored me. They were offering to fix the A/C with good labor cost fees, but the high fees came from them having to ship in the parts. They did offer to fix the issue with parts that I had, but there would not be any warranty as they didn't order the parts. I decided to have the car fixed at PepBoys and now i have good, working A/C blowing in my car. Thank you to the honest people who work here. I went in for a simple oil change, and as usual, they asked if I wanted to replace the air filter and cabin filter. Nothing out of the ordinary--until I left. When I opened my glove box to put away my receipt, I was shocked. It looked like someone had been rummaging through it, as if they were searching for money or something to take. I have photos showing exactly how I found it. I called immediately, and the employee told me, "Well ma'am, sometimes they need to open your glove box to get to the cabin filter." I explained that this isn't the first time they've checked my filters, and never--not once--has my glove box been left in that condition. I felt completely violated. Thankfully, I didn't have anything valuable in there, but this experience has made me lose trust. From now on, I'll make sure to remove anything important before taking my car in for service. Just a warning to others--be cautious. I'm extremely upset.

I had a very poor experience with Virlar Automotive Group in Laredo. The pricing was changed…read moremultiple times without explanation--first quoted at $130, then increased to $420 the same day. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges and clarified that I only wanted one part instead of two, they refused to explain the pricing or provide details. When my father went to pay, he was not given a receipt and was told they "Don't provide receipts," which is very concerning. The vehicle was dropped off at 9:37 a.m., and by 2:43 p.m. we still had no update. Despite being told I would receive a call back and that I could check in at 2:30, no one ever contacted me. When I called to simply ask whether the car would be worked on--since I was going out of town--the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, Condescending stating she didn't care about the situation and telling me to just come pick up the car. The manager also provided inconsistent information, including giving his name incorrectly more than once. Her behavior took me out of character; it made me ill to the point of shaking. Overall, the lack of transparency, refusal to explain charges, no receipt provided, poor communication, and rude behavior from both management and staff made this a very stressful experience. Customer service was completely lacking, and I would not recommend this business based on how this situation was handled. They do not deserve 1 star.
