When my father went to pay, he was not given a receipt and was told they "Don't provide receipts," which is very concerning. The vehicle was dropped off at 9:37 a.m., and by 2:43 p.m. we still had no update. Despite being told I would receive a call back and that I could check in at 2:30, no one ever contacted me. When I called to simply ask whether the car would be worked on--since I was going out of town--the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, Condescending stating she didn't care about the situation and telling me to just come pick up the car. The manager also provided inconsistent information, including giving his name incorrectly more than once. Her behavior took me out of character; it made me ill to the point of shaking. Overall, the lack of transparency, refusal to explain charges, no receipt provided, poor communication, and rude behavior from both management and staff made this a very stressful experience. Customer service was completely lacking, and I would not recommend this business based on how this situation was handled. They do not deserve 1 star.
