Tech brought rear deck window that was damaged, reordered and set an appointment date for the…read morefollowing week. Another tech worked on my vehicle, scratched the top part of the deck lid when he laid the rear spoiler on top of roof. After he left, I noticed that the window molding was damaged. I immediately called him and he did not answer. I called him several times and he never answered the calls. Called State Farm and someone from Safelite called me and said that they would fix the problem. It's been six weeks and nobody answers my calls. Worst customer service, I have used Safelite before with no problems. I will never use them again and I will warn others to beware. I will be filing a complaint with State Farm.
