All you do is put your car in neutral and the machine moves your car forward while washing your car. Once we were done we weren't sure if we could vacuum the car because there were no signs so we just left, but now I read on their site that they offer complimentary vacs for your car. I wish I knew that before coming home and vacuuming it here.... As per the results of our car wash it was about 90% satisfaction. Most of the car was clean and shiny but the bottom of the bumper and front fender were still dirty. Still, I will be returning for another wash in the future. I really enjoyed the experience!

Went for a cleaning due to my car being heavy soiled with dirt and dead bugs from the drive out of…read moretown. When I got to this place I was skeptical if they could give my car the TLC it needed. However, I proceeded to get the $27 full service cleaning treatment and it wasn't bad for the price. Although the service was not quick it was effective. My car was cleaned inside out and the car was shinning like new at the end. They also have vacuums and a cleaning station if you want to do it yourself but since I had my daughter with me, I let them do it. The do it yourself service will save you $12 because that's the cost of full service add on so if you can spare the time it's a good option. I would recommend this place. It's better than ttbe competition in Laredo.

You're wasting money at this place run by kids. This place is a joke! We did oil changes before but…read moreonce new management came in we noticed a decline in service and quality. The last time they took over 9 hours for a like change even though we were the first one there when it opened. They told us at least three times that the vehicle was ready when it wasn't. Hours later, finally it was ready and they wanted to charge full price despite having or at least they had previously stated online that they would pay for every minute they went over after telling a customer it's ready. Come to find out today that they changed brake pads about 1-2 years ago. Guess what??? They already need to be replaced. Our original manufacturer brakes lasted eight years with more driving than the lat 1-2 years. Forget this place and go to Toyota where they charge about the same BUT provide more services for the same amount of money. Even if you don't have a Toyota they can do oil changes, tire rotations and all of that, better than Grease Monkey's. Sure the Grease Monkey's location is convenient for the area, but at a high price to pay financially and emotionally. Your wallet will thank you by going else where.

I reminded them about the brake inspection and that's where the excuses started. First the mechanic said he would look at it as soon as he got a chance. 10 minutes later he "test drove" it around the parking lot and came back to tell me it would need further inspection. I could tell he was almost trying to discourage me from doing it because he told me how they had to put it on the lift, and how there were a lot of cars ahead of me and how it would probably be better if I brought it back another day. I left but dropping it off at another shop so they can make the money they didn't want. Also when they removed the old inspection sticker, they left the debris all over the dash and floor. No attempt to clean it up. In their defense, I've been there many times before and never had problems.
