I was a monthly member of the car wash club and took my car for a car wash early one morning. The service is usually good and I had no previous trouble. On Sunday, October 2, 2022 my car was hit by a falling dryer unit at the end of the wash cycle. My daughter and I were surprised and frightened by the unexpected event. The attendant had to lift the unit off my car so I could drive out. It is May 27, 2023 and neither the Aqua Express insurance policy nor the company management has paid for the damages incurred due to their negligence. read more

I DO NOT recommend this car wash because of my personal experience. I went for a basic $8 car wash and as I was entering the conveyor belt my hub cap on my car came off. They told me to go through the car wash and would fix it when i got out. I went back to the front so they could fix my hubcap and no one in the staff knew how to attach the hubcap. They gave me my hubcap back, and I took care of the problem myself. it doesn't end there. I got home and I noticed by antenna broken on the top of my car, a 7inch rubber antenna that is irremovable. I called Aqua and let them know that my hubcap was not an issue anymore and that my antenna was broken. They took one week to get back to me after the initial phone call. After they sent in the video to "corporate" (typical poor customer service answer) to check the cameras, that took another week, they ruled out that they could do NOTHING about my antenna because my car is seven years old and has gone through "climate changes" and "wear & tear". They ADMITTED that my antenna broke in THEIR car wash, but they didn't offer me anything for my inconvenience. EXTREMELY rude. Poor Taste. Where is your leadership? Very unprofessional. read more

Have had a monthly membership since they opened. Never ever had I ever had an issue due to a truck hitch. I have a truck with hitch that I use three to four times weekly. I never take the hitch off as it is just easier not to. Since I never had to remove it at this location it was great. Went yesterday and I was told that I now have to take the hitch off. At first it was a convenient car wash business for me. Not so much anymore. Sorry but will be looking for other car washes that I can leave my truck hitch on. Membership here has been canceled. read more

This new car wash is a great addition to our city. We paid and went through the wash which was very impressive. All you do is put your car in neutral and the machine moves your car forward while washing your car. Once we were done we weren't sure if we could vacuum the car because there were no signs so we just left, but now I read on their site that they offer complimentary vacs for your car. I wish I knew that before coming home and vacuuming it here.... As per the results of our car wash it was about 90% satisfaction. Most of the car was clean and shiny but the bottom of the bumper and front fender were still dirty. Still, I will be returning for another wash in the future. I just used this car wash a few minutes ago and took advantage of the free vacuums I was with my four little girls and they were helping me throw the small items of trash out as I was leaving an employee looked over to where I reversed out of and started making arm gestures and what seemed to be complaining to another customer I looked back at my spot to see if we had left a mess there was one small paper on the floor. I was sooo upset and will never use this car wash again, I found it odd that he only approached my vehicle and ever other male there he did not read more

I was initially impressed with this new car wash and happy that Laredo had a car wash like those I have seen in Amarillo and other cities. I signed up for a monthly membership in March of 2019 thinking that the entire family could use the service. Unfortunately, only one family car was eligible for the monthly service and I live too far away from the facility to justify the monthly fee. I went in person to cancel on April 8, 2019 and was assured that my charge would not go through for April. The employee mentioned that the first month is considered a trial period and again assured me that my membership was cancelled. It is now September of 2019 and I am still getting a recurring monthly charge on my credit card statement that I dispute each month. I have tried calling the business but have not been able to get the matter resolved. My next step is to try a registered letter. I would love to use the car wash occasionally whenever I am in that area of town, but this situation has soured my opinion of this business and I have not been back to the establishment. read more
