Hands down THE best pizza place around!!! The service is always friendly and prompt. It is owned by a local family that puts their heart into their business and they give back to the community 10 fold. They have a sit down family style seating on the left of the entrance and more of a bar vibe area to the right. This place has been a family favorite of ours for years. I absolutely do recommend trying it! read more

Great pizza only place I'll eat pizza it is the best I've ever had we go all the time all the kid's birthdays we celebrate there.

If you don't know the area, you've probably overlooked this place. It's a little gem right off of 30 & ridge. We all ordered the fettuccine Alfredo & some meatballs tonight. The Alfredo sauce was excellent & the meatballs had a bit of a kick to them. I believe our waitress's name was Chris (long red ponytail) & she was fantastic! The family wants to try the pizza & sandwiches next! read more

Been eating here for the past 30 years and never been disappointed. The hustle from employees is like I've never seen before. People on a mission to serve their guests. My tea glass is never empty, extra napkins, hot pizza and a lively environment makes for the best family dinners. Props to the owner for making every meal his priority! read more

Super fast delivery. Great pizza and cheesy bread. The staff was knowledgeable and professional

Pros: - owner is passionate and engaged with his guests - solid pizza and fair pricing - waitstaff are all happy and respectful Cons: - Fluorescent lights with fans in the dining room makes eating dinner feel light a strobe light show - air vents are caked in dust and the tables and chairs are very old and worn down read more

These guys are doing it right. The food was so good. I ordered the Baked Lasagna. It was fresh and the sauce... OMG. The cheese was perfectly gooey, just the way I dreamed it would be. The owner came to my table to greet me and knew immediately that I'd never been in his establishment before. He was welcoming and warm - much respect. He went table to table, and he calls his regulars by name. My daughter order the Manicotti. She kept raving about the ricotta being the "tastiest" she's ever had. Great generous portions, excellent service, and the prices were amazing. Value 100/A++. This a must for us, gonna suggest to the wife that we start going at least weekly. Once you try it, you'll agree. read more

Samee is a wonderful human being. His food and service are even more wonderful. My personal favorite is the margarita pizza.

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. They also have a cocktail called Samee's special! So yummy! But drink responsibly!! Same himself almost always stops by the table to say hello. Check out Wednesday night karaoke! read more

Moved to the area about 3 years ago and when I tell you this is the best pizza I have ever tasted. If ever there was a place that really earns the 5 stars from me, Samee's has got to be it. I have been eating here for 5 years now, and overall had great experiences with both the food and service, with only the occasional mishap that has been quickly corrected upon request. The pizza is amazing, the service is on point, and Samee has a true passion for his business that you can easily see with him running all over the restaurant being kind to people and asking them about their meals. The reason I really wanted to leave this review is because recently I invited my family who has never been here before to come and join us for lunch after church. During the course of our meal our waitress was not just good, she was exceptional. You would have thought we were the only ones in there as attentive service as we got, but they were packed! How is that even possible! My mom didn't like her food, but was embarrassed to say anything about it (too spicy) so when Samee came by and saw this, he INSISTED... no... DEMANDED she try something else because she had to eat! He cooked up an off menu item, based entirely from my moms conversation with him describing to him what he likes. That was ridiculous. This amazing green sauced pasta came out and my mom was in heaven. He even boxed up her first meal and let her take it home anyways to share with someone else. While I was freaking out about this and how great it was, the waitress is offering to-go versions of our drinks, bringing boxes, and even little ramekins with lids for sauce to take home... we were done spending money but she went out of her way to make sure we could take everything home with us the way we wanted. The food is amazing, and if that's all you are about: you are not gonna be let down at all at Samees. Literally, he will keep cooking stuff until you are 100% happy. So lets get past the food part... where Samees really shines is their customer service, commitment to quality, and an overwhelming feeling that you are welcome and belong there. Well done Samee, there are not many places left that accomplish the combined experience like you have created. read more

I'm a Rockwall native and this place is garbage. Multiple different appetizers and dishes ordered without sharing; and everyone was, basically, sh#%ting themselves the next day. Why this place would be considered a choice above Luigi's is beyond me. read more

This place is AMAZING!!! If you haven't been I urge you to go. The pizza is seriously some of the best I've ever had! Margarita was a little strong but I'm also a light weight. The cheesecake was to die for. I'd go back for that alone! Only bad thing was that our waitress wasn't very friendly, not rude, just not very engaging. read more

Went here with my 2 younger boys. It took a while (they wanted cici's) but once they tried the pizza they loved it. I had chicken park and it was good. I tasted the pizza and there is a nice combo of different cheeses with a different flavor. I liked it and it wasn't the usual. I recommend it to people for dine in. I did call in to get delivery last night but the girl who answered the phone couldn't decide if they delivered to heath and then told me that the address I was at didn't exist. After I had already been put on hold twice I just hung up and called Milano's and got pizzas delivered without a problem. I would prefer pizza getting but they need competent people answering the phone. read more

The kids, and I came here mere luck since we're not from this area. And I mean it, I was in a situation where the kids, and I had been shopping most of the day and we were starving. And of course, ALL kids want PIZZA (If they could have it their way, it would be PIZZA for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Right!? LOL!!!). Well, one of my kids spotted this restaurant and immediately requested to go check them out. Let me tell y'all, I was very surprised by this restaurant. From the way we were greeted as we came in...and how the Staff were very attentive. To my surprise, the kids decide to order Spaghetti with Meatballs, and the Chicken Angelica. And I ordered their Portabella Mushroom Ravioli. Let me tell y'all, these people know how to cook delicious food. Wow!!! The kids, and I loved everything that they brought to our table. It was Top Notch!!! Note: If you're a Vegetarian like me, I highly recommend their Portabella Mushroom Ravioli (It's delicious!!!) The family, and I have found our to-go spot for Italian food in Rockwall. Hell, I may even make that trip from the White Rock Lake area to this awesome restaurant just to get my fix. It's that good!!! :) read more

Found myself back here again. This time, on the hook for some pizza. Again, no disappointment. My opinion, best pizza for 30 miles radius..I guess. Best I've had in many years. I was excited to go after my wife talked me into it. She had the pizza and said this place is always packed and we needed to try it together. Well we did I won't be back. I should have stuck with the pizza. We ordered some chicken dish and spaghetti with meat sauce. The chicken was two small breasts with a slice of mozzarella on each piece with some lemon sauce on the side and way over cooked veggies. The chicken was rubbery and the veggies were killed. The spaghetti was terrible. The meat sauce looked like it had small kibble bits of meat in it, the marinara was tasteless as well. We did order the veggie salad and that looked good and was decent. I will say the pizza looked great. I wish we would have ordered that because this food was terrible and ended up in the trash. If you go don't get spaghetti and meat sauce or the chicken dish with the mozzarella on top with veggies. This place was super jam packed and busy.. I wish we would have ordered Pizza as these entrees were a waste of money. read more

So hubby and I where on date night and wanted something good. I have heard so many great things about Samee's! My friend Jenn N talks so highly of them! So anyways we walked in and wow it was so busy. But then I spotted him. Samee, with a plate of cheese bread to hand out for waiting guests! We got sat after waiting for 15 min. The waitress was so nice and helpful. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and jalapeños and an order of hot wings! It was soo good! We will definitely be back. The vibe, the employees and the people were great! Highly recommend read more

When I first moved to Rockwall 22 years ago , i tried out Pizza-gettis. It sucked, so I never went back. Plenty of other choices, right? This year , i started noticing praise on Yelp for that old dive. Apparently it changed management a few years ago and , stuck in my rut, I never noticed. My gaming group wanted pizza & I was getting tired of Palio's, so thought i'd give Samee's a try. Pizza came fast, was really good, and they actually understood how to do anchovies. Most joints don't. All was well. I have not yet visited Samee's in person , but the delivery pizza rocks. My one caveat is they don 't have a lot of specialty pre-designed choices. No "Hawaiian" for instance, so you have to build your own . We order a lot of pizza on gaming night and get lazy. I know it's petty to complain that they make me pick my own toppings, so I guess I'll stop here. Fine pizza. read more

This is a great little family owned faith based business. The pizza crust is worth the visit. The portions are generous and everything tasted. My wife had a gluten free pizza which is great to have that option. They were selling shirts that said faith over fear in the lobby which got my vote! read more

I've live here for 19 years have never tried Pizza Getti. We finally did. Kind of glad we waited. Maybe not this long, but never thought it would have turned out this great. Samee has done an outstanding job on this establishment. Great food and hospitality. It's like having a second family with great food. I can't wait till Sunday's brunch with eggs benedict on a waffle with blueberry hollandaise sauce. Thank you Samee and Staff. PS: Shrimp Champagne Toastini, OMG, is awesome. read more

I love the fact that have keto options. The food and interior is great as well as our waitress.

Me and my bestie are after church foodies... We came to this spot after reading reviews and combing thru photos on GROUPON!!! Well, we walk in and we're greeting by an extremely friendly guy who offers us a seat and brings us menus and water. We tell him its our first time in and he offers to go over the menu. Well... We turn to the first page of the menu and see that the extremely friendly guy, Samee, is the owner of this place...(family photo in the menu ) He served us our drinks, salad and pizza before turning the service over to 'Kanye', who followed up w the same quality of service! The homemade dressings were superb. The pizza was everything I wanted it to be. We WILL be back!!!! I appreciate GREAT food and A plus service! read more

My favorite pizza in Rockwall. Absolutely love the pizza every time I go. And their jalapeño soup is delicious!

The food is absolutely amazing! Every employee I've ever encountered goes above and beyond to provide great customer service and also exudes genuine kindness. Samme is usually there, he will treat you like family and is always asking if you're being taking care of. Which is always funny to me because his staff is on point every time. This place is a Rockwall staple! read more

Spaghetti and meatballs were good. Meat lovers style personal pizza I got was also good but could probably be better if it was larger and if the meatballs weren't falling off by the dozens. Those small things looked like they were sprinkled on after evening. They're the same ones used in the spaghetti. A little disappointing since I hoped for something with more fennel in the pizza meatballs. Waitress charged 1/2 the appetizer to both of us there when my coworker did say he'd take it. Did charge the personal pizza correctly to me though. It's fine, we used PayPal afterwards to fix the difference. I think I'd recommend this place for spaghetti over Luigis. Less sodium here, and spaghetti leftovers the next day was still delicious. read more
