What followed was a ridiculous sales pitch on an implant where he had a tooth pulled prior, and a refusal to perform a regular clean because he apparently wasn't a candidate for it but needed a deep clean. Funny how this wasn't pitched to me, but then again, perhaps not much incentive knowing I haven't got dental insurance to bill.
