Barbie was looking for a couple of things for herself (because she can and often does wear kids sizes with her tiny little world famous feet, especially to the gym) and also for her niece. We found some good stuff here and it was really cheap. We're surprised that the Deerbrook Mall in Humble has so many cheap shoe stores, although a couple of them went out of business, which is sad. Anyway, we were pretty impressed by everything we saw here, and the service in particular was really nice, so I'm actually going to give them an extra star despite being corporate, and give them a 4 instead of my usual three.

We came in on a very quiet Sunday with only 1 other customer present in store.We were in for a bit and no verbal exchange from sales staff or welcome in. When you pay $395 for men's shoes it would be lovely to be greeted although sometimes I appreciate being able to shop without the persistent sales staff bothering me. Return? Unsure.

im here on 1/20/26 and have not been greeted or asked if i needed help for 30 minutes and there are…read moreno other customers. theres 3-4 employees complaining about customers. one of them mentioned a customer asked for a discount of $30 and were joking how they shouldve charged them $30 for bringing their children into the store. they seem pretty rude and definitely need some training on whats appropriate to say in front of customers. it took 40 minutes for someone to ask me if i needed help, and after wandering around looking for something that apparently isnt in the store (...the website listed it as in available in store); someone came in and stole a couple items worth $1k (according to the employees) because the employees were not paying attention! the only reason they even found out someone stole something was because another customer walked in and said they saw the guy run out with stuff. definitely wont be returning here.
