After showing the sales representative that helped me; an email that reflected my online order was ready for pickup, they said it was delayed. Even though they had the items on racks they continued to say they couldn't offer those goods as an option to choose from. I even asked them for more details since I drove about half an hour for the pick-up and shared how this was a waste of time & effort (I would just order for shipping at home) without the hassle of reps/sales clerks that lack experience and customer service.

This is now one of their flagship locations. While I don't shop at Lululemon very often, I had seen the store upgrades broadcasted all over social media and when one of the run clubs that I follow had a one day activation partnership, I decided to pay a visit. The store itself is nice. The ceilings are high, they have a lot of products, including a range of sizes, and there are many fitting rooms equipped with plenty of mirrors, leaving no wait in line. The not so nice thing about this location was the behavior of the staff. Almost everyone working in the store seemed like they were 16 years old. The age isn't an issue, but while I was trying on a few items, I could hear them laughing and making jokes to themselves over their head sets. It just felt kind of unprofessional. I honestly don't really shop in store any more so this might not be exclusive to this location but it wasn't the best.
