Instead of accountability, she deflected by rewriting the timeline, blaming background noise from frustrated guests, and making personal remarks about me as a customer. None of that changes the facts: * The delivery was late. * Calls and texts went unanswered until 3:23 PM. * The delivery was not completed as agreed.
