Really sweet service, nice large and clean location. I like the spacious seating options and the ambiance created. It seems like management is well organized as employees communicate and work together well to ensure quick and effective service for customers. I enjoyed watching cakes being made, but was a bit bummed that only half of the pastry cases were full. Granted I visited at 7am which is a bit early, but for a bakery that opens at 6am I would have hoped the full selection would have been available. Hopefully next time! Paris Baguette is a chain; overall my impression is that their pastries are just ok because some of their cakes are on the sweeter side. I love that all of their cafes are so clean, spacious, and well lit. Service was friendly. Parking lot is pretty small and bustling. I was excited when we dropped into Paris Baguette as this location reminded me of SimplyCake in San Mateo, where they have a similar grab and go bakery window. After getting in line to check out however, I found the service not smooth or helpful. I'd asked a couple of the items be heated up, but when the items were ready, my name wasn't called, so there was confusion in finding my box, and a couple of the hot items melted the dessert items. The items themselves were mostly poor to mid, with the flavors just not matching their appearances. Although they looked delicious, the tiramisu tart was bland and we tossed it after each having a bite. The coffee croissant donut was over-sweet and the hash brown bread tasted like it came from a convenience store. The only redeeming items were the dubai mochi donut and the pastry with a hotdog inside, although they were both not something we'd come back for. Overall, although they space was clean and has quite a bit of seating, we found them not up to SimplyCake's standard and don't plan to return. read more

That includes locations I've visited in Northern California, North Brunswick, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and even the one here in Charlotte down in Pineville. It's a bit of a drive for me, but when I'm in that area, I always make a point to stop in and pick up a couple of their delicious croissant-donut pastries and marzipan or almond croissants. That's the beauty of this bakery--it's a chain, yes, but the consistency is what keeps me coming back. I have yet to be disappointed. The most beautiful Paris baguette in the bay. I love sitting here all day. The only problem is when the sun starts to go down , the sun shines on about 90% of the tables. It got so bright that we had to move tables 3 times. Hopefully they install blinds for just one of the windows. The staff were all very nice . We stayed there about 4-5 hours and they always kept everything clean and tidy. The pastries were delicious and the caramel macchiato was good too. 4.5 was my take... Beautiful display of great variety of cakes. Choose to try a chocolate tartlet.... the chocolate was good, but it also had a pistachio paste on the bottom. Not bad, but I'd personally prefer just the chocolate. We'll definitely try a cake in the future. Great area to eat your treat, visit & take a moment. Location was spotless clean when I visited. Even the bathroom, which I was disappointed to use. The bathrooms are gender neutral, not my preference. Stopped by for a coffee and apple pastry. Lot smaller than Pleasant Hill location, but there are amole seats. It is a smaller parking lot since shares with the Whole Foods location. I assume it all depends on when you grab tour sweets or lunch. Sane food and drinks you would expect Paris Banquette to carry. Location has maybe 5 free parking spaces outside. Same menu as other locations. This location already has two other bakeries in walking distance but this place may have the most variety and seating options. Service staff still learning the menu. I originally was going to order a mini pastry at 100 or so calories but the coffee cream cronut caught my eye so went with that and a pistachio sweet cream cold brew. The cronut will give me the energy for the gym and turns out I don't like this artificial taste of pistachio. Still drank it though. Now I know. This is by far my favorite PB in the area. I will gladly drive 20 minutes to come here, although there are closer locations to me. Turned into the drive way and parked right in front of the bakery. Some items here like Dubai chocolate items and array of different cakes flavors, whole and sliced, had my mouth watering. I just wanted a snack between lunch and dinner. Went for my go-to sweet potato twist and a ham and cheese croissant. My DD got the strawberry and chocolate pastry and a pepperoni pizza. Let me tell you, I didn't have high expectations of the savory pastries but after I asked them to toast them, wow. That pizza had a pastries crust and yummy sauce. Not too oily either. The ham and cheese croissant had great grueyere cheese, just like a French Onion soup. Nicely toasted and great flavor. My iced vanilla latte and her Mango Matcha was perfect. Not overly sweet and great balanced ingredients. Clean dining area. Organized. They didn't have too many sandwiches as they do in the Dublin location. They were out of milk bread by 2 pm so I'll have to come back next time. I ordered my son a birthday cake to be delivered I'm at work so I asked for delivery to my office , I put specifications, building and address and name and suite number I even left my cell phone incase there was any problems, I ordered it through the Paris baguette app and the delivery person delivered it to a lobby in another building I don't know know where it is where the building is ? I called the delivery person twice and it went to voicemail ... I called the bakery and spoke with the lead person they said there is nothing they can do because the order went to a third party. I ordered from this business through the Paris Baguette app a delivery order, due to being unable to pick up the cakes myself when I needed them. Upon not seeing an update about my delivery order on the app (specifically made for the business), I called the store. I was told that they actually are unable to make deliveries. I have since made NUMEROUS attempts in contacting the manager in order to receive a refund for my delivery fee, which alone was almost $60 ($58.68). It's been over a week, and I've been told multiple times by both the manager and other employees in the store that they would make an effort to refund this to me. The manager has failed to follow up, despite my attempts to do the right thing by contacting her as well, and has made no attempts to refund me. I have ordered from and shopped at other Paris Baguette's, and this is by far the most unprofessional one. I would not recommend doing business or spending your money at this location, as there is a clear lack of accountability and professionalism. read more

Something is very wrong with this location- the people don't know what they're doing. Getting my order wrong every time I come and this used to be my favorite place to get an iced caramel macchiato and now they can't make it right anymore. I emailed the location only to get one response then after I've been ghosted for 2 months, no refund, no help, no explanation. Nothing. I'm mostly here, tho, to review the summer berry trifle cake. It made for a great birthday cake. Everything was just right, the sponge, the sweetness level, the cream (it was a nice amount of cream), and fresh berries. And I was able to walk right in and buy it the day of, no advance ordering. I've tried several pastries and other items. The big cream filled donut is really good, not too sweet. The tuna salad sandwich is nice for a light lunch. The croissant donuts are well executed but a little too sweet for me. The red bean buns are good. The curry buns are pretty good. The variety is awesome. I love an Asian western-style bakery. The worst part is he thinks he is above everyone and parks his car for hours in the SHARED PARKING SPOTS, but nobody else can do that. I purchased one slice of blueberry chiffon cake and a soft cream bread yesterday afternoon and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with both items. I've been enjoying the blueberry chiffon cake for over 10 years but this time the cream used was noticeably different. It was much heavier and had a cheap, artificial taste--very unlike the light, high-quality cream I've always appreciated in the past. Additionally, when I opened the soft cream bread this morning, I discovered it was moldy which is completely unacceptable given it was purchased just the day before. Took one bite only and asked them to exchange it for something else. They would not do it - owner had a no return policy. Had to trash that sandwich and purchase another. Spent about $500 in one month coming multiple times a week with my family since I found this place in late August. But last week was the last dollar they will get from me.
