When I am there I usually will get some Clinique products and I also take a look at their very own Sephora line of products and sometimes buy from that as well. The store is always neatly organized, very well set up and clean. I like that they have little stations set up with mirrors, applicators and makeup removers so that you can try products on before making decisions as to what looks best or what to buy. The sales associates on the sales floor are also very good with product recommendations and tips. They are always very knowledgeable and willing to assist their customers. The checkout process is always easy and lines move fast even when the store is busy. Sephora also has a loyalty program that you can join that allows you to earn points on your purchases that can later be redeemed for free products and every year you will get a birthday gift during your birthday month. They give you a couple of choices for what you would like for your gift which is great. I always have a great experience at this location and I will certainly be back.

She insisted on a lotion, rather than the Accutane saying if the lotion does not work, we will prescribe the accutane. 7 weeks later, I go back to the office to get the accutane prescription as his acne had got worst, and I explained that it was creating anxiety and stress for my son and the family. She said we had to make a new appointment to get the prescription, which obviously was their plan all along so they can charge us another $50 co-payment and invoice a fortune to our insurrance. I would stay away from this scam dermatologist obviously abusing the system.

I needed my order sooner so I contact Customer Service and said I would like to switch it to same day in-store pick up. I was told I couldn't make any changes because the order was already on it's way. NOT POSSIBLE so I said cancel it. Again, I was told I couldn't change it. I would need to return it after it was delivered. I said credit me for the delivery charge and tip. They wouldn't credit me anything and told me to cancel with DoorDash. Door Dash said they can't cancel it because it's a Ulta order (which I suspected). After over an hour I got NO WHERE! So now I have to go to the store buy my items, get the delivery and go back to return it and it will cost me $6.95 plus $5 tip. I will report them to the Massachusetts Attorney Generals office as this has got to be illegal. Consumers should have rights.

You can see the display when you first walk in with a video playing on your right. The women working Eunjoo she told us she's the owner showed us a brochure and explained about the product and was very nice. She told us if you are not happy with the product you can return it in 40 days, but there's nothing that says that so I had her wright it on the receipt. The price was 650.00 plus tax 690.63 it's very expensive but if it really works and does what she said it would do its worth the price. So we brought it home to try it out after charging it. We discovered it didn't work at all, and the charging cord had been unraveled this product had been used. So we bought it back the next day to show her that it doesn't work she tested it herself and discovered it did not work. So she says I'm going to tell you the truth, I've been using this to show and test to my customers and this is the only one that doesn't work. Well we couldn't believe what we just heard we were very upset. Then she says i was going to call you to tell you to get a new one because the one sold you was already used. This owner is a scam artist and she knows exactly what's she's doing. She didn't even charge my credit card, she said I knew you were going to come back. I'm 66 and I've never seen anything like this in my entire life. Be very aware of this store because if someone writes down all your information from your credit card and phone # and zip code be very aware it's a scam. P. S. No apologies from this woman. She keeped saying i didn't charge you what's the problem. Unbelievable.
