I would love to come back for more treatments, but what is sad that I took a star away because of the treatment I didn't receive from the other workers & you know who you are - I am nothing like the other workers & it's sad the way you receptionists & a doctor treated a customer. A customer, me who spent a lot of money & willing to spend more working with Nadia. I changed my review before it was too late because I am a good person. I am thrilled & in awe with the way my face looks Nadia, you are true!!!! The greatest person who I was honored to even meet this year!!!! I will not ruin a review because of other workers who acted & treats a customer like trash. Not Nadia. I apologize for my first review. I am not a child like the rest of your workers Nadia. I'm thrown back by the way I was treated, yes. Shame on you others. I don't know who you people truly are nor what all your personal issues are, but learn from this & learn to treat a high paying customer with respect. Nadia, I truly appreciate everything you have done for me, & I'm sorry. You deserve 10 stars above & beyond!!!! You are true. You speak truth & you act true & I can not ruin your review because of your other workers. Thank you so, so very much for the C02 job!!!! Again, Nadia, thank you so very much for your honesty & reaching out to me with respect as the realistic person you are, & the most down to earth person who truly cares!!!! I love my skin, my face looks absolutely amazing because of you Nadia!!!! Thank you again & again you beautiful person inside & out!!!! My face was a mess, until I met you Nadia!!!! Keep going with your beautiful honest work & words!!!! Enjoy your holidays & have a very Merry Christmas & an amazingly outstanding awesome New Year!!!! Thank you Nadia, & God bless!!!!

Klinic review…read more Karina, Kim and the Klinic saved my life. I know that sounds dramatic but it's how I feel. I'm 36 and have been dealing with hormonal acne that has worsened over the past few months, particularly around my menstrual cycle. I went to my PCP and was falsely diagnosed with a staph infection on my face. I was provided ointment which my face then had an allergic reaction to. I was referred to dermatology, but in the meantime reached out to Kim and she talked me off the ledge. She correctly diagnosed me with rosacea and perioral dermatitis and assured that she could help. Girl was she right! I was enrolled in the Face Reality program and it started to help IMMEDIATELY. Karina has been extremely thorough in finding exactly the right products for my face, and it has calmed down miraculously in just 6 weeks. She hasn't been afraid to change the plan immediately when my face was reacting a little funky to the toner. I have a solid plan now that is easy to adhere to. Dermatology ended up prescribing heavy medications that evidently would have been MUCH too harsh for my sensitivo skin and I'm so glad I listened to Kim and Karina instead. Usually around my menstrual cycle I break out in cystic acne but this past cycle I had one tiny pimple. I'm much less red and feeling confident and less stressed about the whole ordeal. The Klinic knows their stuff as they take the time to figure out just the right plan for YOU!

She never rushes my appointments, gentle with my sensitive skin, and very knowledgeable. I use to get really bad breakouts/ acne despite all that I do to try and take care of my skin. I would even spend lots of money on different luxury skin care products, but I'd still have breakouts and acne. However, after a friend referral to see Jesenia at Cosmetic and Laser Center my skin is clear and free of acne/breakouts. I also bring my husband here too! So thanks to Jesenia, we both have awesome glowing skin!!

OK (is what it is) so it was a super bad cut and a massacre of a dyeing mess. She wanted something "quick" she charged me for a better (longer) service, She got out early, and.Im stuck with something that might resemble hair-but really looks like urine-yellow straw, and I was charged the same for a three hour job. Ill get over it (in about 6 mos), however, why do I have to get over it? Dont book an appointment and you wont have to suffer this experience. Do NOT do it. Unless you are over 80 (then go for it) and trying to get your money back from these people? When they offered a refund? yep....possibly a paper check.. they ask you to come IN to pick it up. They are inconceivably non electronic. (they kept my money , I was happy to have them just shut up) My experience: stay away. You will not get any satisfaction No one in this business listens.
