7/22/2019 , My very first time visiting the store to sign up for an account, I was treated sooo…read morerude and poorly by the clerk and she refused to open an account for me that I had to end up going to next closest location to sign up during rush hour traffic, I hold a unique license as I'm not required to have a cosmetology or esthetician license , I have a cosmetic tattoo artist license as I own a Aesthetics spa that performs permanent make up, teeth whitening, and spray tanning and I was visiting the area and was looking for some spray tan solution , I went to sign up and the store clerk has to call a manager from a different location to verify if they could accept my artist license since she was unsure, and was told they couldn't because I wasn't a cosmetologist or esthetician which was fine different stores have different policy, I did want to call the 1800 number just to verify that this information was correct and I was told that indeed I could sign up due to the nature of my profession, so I went back to the store to sign up boy did I get the look of death I was treated soooo rude I couldn't believe it and was told again I couldn't sign up because wasn't a cosmetologist I told the clerk she's incorrect and I just call the 800 number to verify, well she wasn't having it and didn't care about anything I was telling her , she refused to give me her name when I asked ! At this point Im filing a complaint , I must say the agents from the 800 number were extremely nice and so caring even called the Malden location to make sure I got my account up and running , Which I had to drive in rush hour traffic and was treated very kindly from the staff at that location I hope the mangers from the Woburn location will educate that store clerk on better customer service and policy for which professional can sign up for an account , Im truly upset for how I was treated yesterday.

She insisted on a lotion, rather than the Accutane saying if the lotion does not work, we will prescribe the accutane. 7 weeks later, I go back to the office to get the accutane prescription as his acne had got worst, and I explained that it was creating anxiety and stress for my son and the family. She said we had to make a new appointment to get the prescription, which obviously was their plan all along so they can charge us another $50 co-payment and invoice a fortune to our insurrance. I would stay away from this scam dermatologist obviously abusing the system.

There was also a security guard hovering at the entrance and wandering around the store as I was browsing, which I have not seen at any other Ulta, and I've been to many of them in various states. BUYER BEWARE I placed an order online at 9:03 am for same day delivery. After the order was…read moreconfirmed I was told it would be delivered between 5-7 pm via DoorDash. I needed my order sooner so I contact Customer Service and said I would like to switch it to same day in-store pick up. I was told I couldn't make any changes because the order was already on it's way. NOT POSSIBLE so I said cancel it. Again, I was told I couldn't change it. I would need to return it after it was delivered. I said credit me for the delivery charge and tip. They wouldn't credit me anything and told me to cancel with DoorDash. Door Dash said they can't cancel it because it's a Ulta order (which I suspected). After over an hour I got NO WHERE! So now I have to go to the store buy my items, get the delivery and go back to return it and it will cost me $6.95 plus $5 tip. I will report them to the Massachusetts Attorney Generals office as this has got to be illegal. Consumers should have rights.

The price was 650.00 plus tax 690.63 it's very expensive but if it really works and does what she said it would do its worth the price. So we brought it home to try it out after charging it. We discovered it didn't work at all, and the charging cord had been unraveled this product had been used. So we bought it back the next day to show her that it doesn't work she tested it herself and discovered it did not work. So she says I'm going to tell you the truth, I've been using this to show and test to my customers and this is the only one that doesn't work. Well we couldn't believe what we just heard we were very upset. Then she says i was going to call you to tell you to get a new one because the one sold you was already used. This owner is a scam artist and she knows exactly what's she's doing. She didn't even charge my credit card, she said I knew you were going to come back. I'm 66 and I've never seen anything like this in my entire life. Be very aware of this store because if someone writes down all your information from your credit card and phone # and zip code be very aware it's a scam. P. S. No apologies from this woman. She keeped saying i didn't charge you what's the problem. Unbelievable.
