Went here on a whim because my regular nail person wasn't able to get in a pedicure for me. And honestly? I just wanted to see what some other place would be like as to atmosphere cost etc. I don't know the girls name who helped me, but I was a walk-in. On an early evening. And I was able to go right in there were two other women getting manicures done and I was brought over to the pedicure section. I wish the woman who assisted me had told me her name because she was super nice. The pedicure? Just a regular pedicure nothing fancy nothing extra and it was really really nice. It's super quiet in the salon. A little bit creepy so, but I really liked the fact that it was off to the side and away from everybody else who's getting their nails done for manicures. She did really nice little leg massage along with it as well. I liked that! The only downside? I wish she had cut my nails just a little shorter, and when I mentioned, I thought I had an ingrown toenail, she smiled and said yes, but I didn't see her do anything about it. Luckily, my nail grew out long enough where I could take care of it myself next week Would I sent people here? Absolutely. Will I go back again? Absolutely. I liked the pedicure. read more

The best mani pedi I've ever had! Reasonable prices with a wide range of services. I got a simple French mani pedi which came to $78 not including tip. High quality, clean and spacious. Walk ins are welcome. The technician really did amazing job and truly took her time. She had a pleasant demeanor and I didn't feel rushed at all. Finished with a relaxing back and neck massage free of charge. There is a lavender spa option for pedicures that I've never seen before at other salons and sounds amazing. I stopped in to get a gel manicure while waiting for my daughter and her friend. the technician did not soak my hands or cuticles, which concerned me. I asked about it, and she said that gel manicures last longer without soaking. After 2+ weeks, I can confirm that not only has the polish lasted perfectly but my cuticles look better (both right after the manicure and now) than they have ever looked with soaking. First time ever getting my nails done in Burlington Ma in Boston state in general anyways I went here because I needed my nails done badly I got full set an pedicure everything was great til it was time for me to pay my nails came out to be $122 which I payed the lady who did my nails complained about me giving her a $2 tip I didn't know what I've done wrong I paid for my nails the guy came over in tried to argue with me about not leaving a 20% tip I never heard of this before I am from California so I was so confused they yelled at me told me I can't come back just because i didn't pay the 20% tips I swore it was the customer decision on if they would leave a tip or not the man tried to make me feel bad by telling me I didn't like the service all because i didn't pay what they wanted me to pay he had the nerve to tell me the lady that did my nails has a family he tried to guilt trip me then say she has a family to feed shit I do too and don't have much money to be sparing I am young the next day my nail color began to chip I am so glad I didn't pay the 20% these people our selfish and very rude I'll never support their company read more

The people here are fairly nice I will give that. The gentleman who did my nails...it felt like my fingers were being butchered....he was VERY rough and I was bleeding at different points. 50 dollars down the drain for this???? My fingers are so tender currently and I'm so afraid of it developing into a possible infection! Update: Even though they did a horrible job and I'm very sore from it, they did refund it for me. Still will not be coming back though. I ended up having to get antibiotic cream to put on my fingers to help heal them faster. read more

I go for pedicures and spa. That is a super relaxing experience. The technician is very professional and friendly. She is very attentive when working, and she can meet all my demands. The after pedicure massage is the best I have ever experienced. The hot stone relieved me from all the stress accumulated in my body. The environment is cozy, clean and bright. I heard they just open recently, so everything is brand new. The location is super good. It is inside the Burlington mall, 20 meters from the legal seafood entrance. This place is great. The atmosphere is bright, very clean and welcoming. Their location is really convenient close to the Legal Seafood entrance at the Mall. Most importantly, I have really good luck with the dip. My nails last 3-4 weeks and stay looking great. We had a terrible experience. Came in for a basic gel manicure. I had gel x nails, which is easy to remove. The guy clipped and chiseled at my nails, refused to listen to my request to soak the nails in acetone to remove. He never washed my hands, the gel x was still on and I told him if he put gel on the nail without removing the gel x the manicure would pop off. He argued with me and I asked for nail polish remover. The removing which would normally take 15 minutes max took 45 minutes my friend timed it. He then cut my cuticles too short and literally had me bleeding. Buffed the nails and clipped them super short so he didn't listen to the length request. My nails were so chopped up. The color was clumped. Fingers nicked and when it was finally over and I went to pay and changed the price I was quoted initially. Also, the cashier when I inquired about venmo for tip (which yes it was an awful experience but it was his time and I used the service so I planned to tip) she told me to tip on the receipt. So on the custom tip line I put $5. Which was 10% or so of my bill. And the woman told me oh you select 18% or 20% or more not less. I told her that says custom tip. That's what I'm leaving and I'm not returning here because of the experience. When I told everything that occurred my friend highlighting examples they did nothing. Not even apologize for the experience. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. read more

I just got a beautiful manicure by Mark. He was very professional, caring and super efficient. I love the way he works vey meticulously and made sure my nails very PERRRFECT!. The salon is conveniently located at the Burlington Mall. The salon is very spacious and looks clean and neat. Mia is a gracious hostess and professional. Mark who took care of me is very polite, friendly but specially very attentive to details. I couldn't have asked for more. They just opened a couple of months ago, but my sense is that they'll be full for the years to come just because how attentive and friendly they are. They add to the manicure services ( probably to all of the services they provide) a nice neck massage which it was heaven for me at the time I went there. I would have this nail salon my place to go always for my nails. Their prices are competitive with all the salons I have been before. They do have a "spa selection of services which are a bit more of their regular services but you do have a choice if you prefer to have the "regular ones". I more than highly recommend this place. It was my first time since I just passed by when I was at the Burlington Mall just shopping around. So it was a very nice surprise to find them and I'll be back many times more not just because their manicure is just very pretty but also because they make you feel at home.
