She didn't properly take care of my cuticles, and my extensions are peeling and it's only been a day. She never even put lotion on my hands at the end because another customer came in and she needed to move over to them. Worst part was that she took the files, cuticle trimmer, and other materials she used on me directly to the next customer (I saw it because she started to work on her in the seat next to me) which was pretty gross.

She was a nurse and keeps her nails natural and at a reasonable length. I say this because I also have natural nails and I RARELY allow a manicure at a nail salon because I have discovered time and again that it is a waste of money as they barely do a thing so a few days after I look like I never went to begin with. It was amazing how they treated my natural nails as great as places do for the fake nails because i have only encountered that here. During this visit I was a total tragedy and was apologizing for the horrific state of my feet. They were amazing and my feet loo human again thanks to them. Due to tissue issues I can get a horrible amount of dry skin and they took that all away. Also, I appreciate how clean they are at all the stages so that space is very tidy. I went from disliking to really hating the results in other places. I called Jojoba Nails and asked if they had this service, for I had only done gel with them in the past. They gave me an appointment and accommodated to my complicated schedule. I have to say that I LOVE THE RESULT!! I had picked a different color first, but after I saw how it looked on my nails, I didn't like it so I asked if they could remove it from the first few nails and change to a different color. They agreed and immediately brought me the color palette to chose another color. This is the end result and I couldn't be happier.
