Booked a star pedicure. Decided to do this one because it includes a neck and shoulder massage. She finished and there was no massage for my neck and shoulders. I asked why. Went here on a whim during a waiting period for a medical test I was having done in the same building. First of all, the dip from my previous manicure (done elsewhere) was not fully or properly removed. She just started putting more dip on them after having only sanding and soaking them maybe 3 minutes. She cut the skin around two of my nails and then once the nails were dry, had to sand them down because she had layered them on too thick and they were chunky and uneven. I left the salon with still jagged and crooked nails, polish stuck all over my skin and bleeding nail beds. On top of that, the top coat is peeling off not even 6 hours later. Will never go back. Only gave two stars because they were able to take me right away and because they're cheap, and I see why. read more

This place is awful. Place is so dirty and they do the minimum to keep it clean. Rug is gross. Nail technicians try to upsell what you do not want. Place is empty which should have been my first sign and left. Brushes they use are dirty and not clean. Furniture is chipped and Disgusting If they don't have the money to keep this place up close down. I spent good money today and wanted to leave during the service. Sorry I even went here. I went to the spa today. I had never received a pedicure using hot stones! Nina helped me out today and she was quick, efficient, kind, and did great work. I got a mani pedi as well as getting my brows waxed. She was kind when I changed my mind on my polish color and also helped me with a weird request when it came to cutting only one of my nails. As someone who has been taught and licensed in nails, this place was not pleasant. I'm not usually someone who writes reviews like this. I got a pedicure (I asked for the basic pedicure-$20 and she up-charged me to the advanced pedicure-$28 without telling/asking me) and a full set of acrylics ($30). The pedicure was fine except that she kept cutting my toes. She took a phone call during my manicure and ran outside for 5ish minutes with no explanation. On top of that, I honestly did better acrylics in my first month of cosmetology school. They are uneven and flat and very poorly done. I spent the last hour picking chunks of acrylic off my skin (not even just around the nails but also down the sides of my fingers). Thankfully I know how to fix these myself, but having spent $58+tip, I shouldn't have to redo my full set at home. read more

STAY AWAY! I broke an acrylic nail while in the building and though I'd stop by an get it fixed along with a polish change so it could match. As the tech, Linda, was taking off my old nail color she tried upselling me, "how about a refill? How about gel nail color?" I said, "No thank you. Just a nail repair and color change." She literally threw acrylic on my broken nail and didn't even try to shape it so it matched the other nails. It was uneven and shorter. Before she started my nail color she asked for payment. She gave me the total and I gave her my card and then she asks, "don't you have cash?" I said, "only for your tip." I paid her a good tip. Then she used a really old nail color and didn't care it was uneven. I never said anything because I was over everything. When done she left me alone and went on to another customer. As I was leaving she didn't even care to say bye or anything. I instead looked at her and said, "Byyeee Linda." Most horrible customer and nail service ever. I will make sure to warn everyone not to go there and share my experience. Save your money and skip this place! read more

You really get different service each time you go there and this was my last. I said I wanted just an express pedicure. The tech was clearly in a rush and did not take any time with my toes. While they were drying she came over and said the bill is $33! I said I requested the express at $28. She looked at me as if I had 2 heads. I read a Google review and a customer had the exact same experience with the lack of transparency in their pricing. Pretty slick and no way to keep repeat customers. read more

Make sure you ask for Longo or the owner (I think she is at least). Both of them do the best job and are largely what makes this place so great. They must of had the day off when we went this past Saturday. The girl who did my pedicure asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done and when I said "no thank you" She gave me a sad look like I really needed them done lol...Then she kept talking to the technician who was doing my sister-in-law's pedi and nodding her head at the both of us, clearly talking about us...it really put me in a bad mood. Then after my manicure, my technician didn't even put lotion or cuticle oil on my nails, just said "all set, do you want to pay?" .......the owner and Longo do an amazing job, so maybe I just got two girls who were having off days...the other technicians seemed really nice....I don't know. We both left pretty disappointed. So like I said, definitely request certain technicians at this place. read more

So I've been here 3 times already. The first visit was great. The girl took her time, did a great manicure, especially at the end she put on a drop of a quick nail dry. But the last 2 times were a disaster. I had a different nail technician, and even though the pedicure was good, she didn't add the last step on my manicure and 1 hour later my thumbs were smudged! Are you kidding me? So instead of going back to have it fixed (shame on me, but my free time is important and I don't have much), I went to Sally Beauty and bought a color to match. So I decided to go one more time and I got the girl who first did my nails. I had her do a French manicure this time, which usually looks fresh for about one week. So lo and behold, she rushed through it, didn't get the quick nail dry at the end, and after 1 day, the white started to chip. And so I bought some white polish to fix it. I am determined to go one last time, but I will tell them in advance of my last 2 experiences so they get it right this time. It's so frustrating when they mix up and change the way they do the mani/pedis. read more

I recently went for a gel manicure, and was disappointed with the service. I arrived on time and was looking to pick my color for literally 5 seconds, when the manicurist asked me to take my seat. She then dropped 8 interlocking circles of color options and grabbed my hand to start. It was very awkward and rude...she was rushing. It was nearly impossible to try to flip through the colors with only my left hand. I struggled with it for several minutes, without picking, hoping she would get the hint. Without batting an eyelash, she asked for my opposite hand to start the manicure process on that side. Then forcing me to again search with only one hand. I could have spoken up, yet I feel like it is step one: allow customer to pick a color first. Then it should be the business's job to keep the customer comfortable and help them. I said, "Hmm I'm having trouble finding a good holiday red." She could have suggested one to me. The customer next to me even noticed me struggling, not the attendant. She offered a smaller, two circles of colors to look at and passed them over...it seemed odd to me that the worker, and not any of the other workers noticed. The rest of the appointment she continued, rushing. My fiend went and had a good experience, so it was mostly the woman that did my manicure. I don't even know her name, b/c there was zero interaction....only at the very end when she said, "Nice color." read more
