All of their polishes are OPI which shows they want the best for their customers. Much appreciated! I would come back when I'm in Winchester again :) *Only complaint* When we came for pedicures, it just so happened that their hot water stopped working during the time we were there :/ So yes, it was a spa pedicure with cold water. She didn't properly take care of my cuticles, and my extensions are peeling and it's only been a day. She never even put lotion on my hands at the end because another customer came in and she needed to move over to them. Worst part was that she took the files, cuticle trimmer, and other materials she used on me directly to the next customer (I saw it because she started to work on her in the seat next to me) which was pretty gross.

It was a very hot day, so walking into their big and nicely air conditioned salon was a great relief. They took me in as a walk-in and I was seated very quickly. My nail tech was extremely nice and ensured that my nails were exactly to my liking. She compared every nail on each hand to ensure equal length and made sure I liked every nail before curing. My nails feel extremely smooth and surprisingly strong. At the end of the service she used a hot towel to massage my neck and back. As someone who works a 9-5 office job, this was very much needed. They wash your hands with a sugar scrub and a use semi-hot wax dip afterwards leaving the skin super soft. I'm in love with my new nails and will be coming here indefinitely. One of the best nail salons in Woburn for sure.

As I age, it actually gets harder to cut my own toe nails and also, I'm a huge sucker for a good leg massage. We have been trying several salons all around the area and we think Aura is becoming our new home. They are super welcoming when you walk in and the service was top notch. Some salons I've been in felt like forced small talk but it didn't really here at all. It's very clean and bright inside, they have only been open for around a year so this is to be expected. I had a $65 package of a spa pedicure. Tucked into my comfy massage chair, I usually drift off for a bit until I'm told I need to switch legs back into the warm water. There is also an exfoliation scrub involved, a leg massage (maybe an add on? Regardless I'm always in for this part) and then even a short shoulder massage at the end. Look guys, if you're reading this and try it....you'll eventually wonder what took you so long. I'm pro-pedicure now and while I rarely see guys in the spas doing so on the regular, I know I have privately talked to many who have at least tried it before and really dug it. Of course you're not going there for bright cherry nails, you're simply going for some body maintenance.

I say this because I also have natural nails and I RARELY allow a manicure at a nail salon because I have discovered time and again that it is a waste of money as they barely do a thing so a few days after I look like I never went to begin with. It was amazing how they treated my natural nails as great as places do for the fake nails because i have only encountered that here. During this visit I was a total tragedy and was apologizing for the horrific state of my feet. They were amazing and my feet loo human again thanks to them. Due to tissue issues I can get a horrible amount of dry skin and they took that all away. Also, I appreciate how clean they are at all the stages so that space is very tidy. And my nails looked perfect for two weeks and the only reason they were looking old is that my nails had so much growth.

To the point I had to end up just cutting them short to make them look somewhat decent. It felt like my preferences were completely ignored. To make things worse, my pedicure lasted maybe 15-20 minutes max from start to finish. The massage was terrible -- the most minimal amount of lotion was used, just rough hands through a rubber glove that felt awful on my skin. It was anything but relaxing. Now I'm left with nails I'm unhappy with and an overall experience that left me frustrated and upset. Not to mention it cost $95 for a gel mani and pedi. Save yourself the disappointment -- I will definitely not be returning.
