Didn't ask my name or order or what the item was. It was literally a foundation stick.....It was exactly 8pm and they for sure could've let me run in to pick it up. They clearly care more about getting out the door than their customers. To conclude, I canceled my order promptly as I won't give my business to a store who doesn't value customer service. If they can't accommodate customers up until the minute they close, then they won't get my business.

After she mentioned she's never tried it, she started asking me what my skin care routine was. Honestly I had no issue with that, my issue was her hella critiquing my skin while making these faces (which I don't even think she realizes she makes). It definitely did not make me as a customer feel welcomed, and in the moment I literally said "I know my skin isn't the best right now" cause she just kept it up with her faces and comments. As I was mentioning my skincare routine before applying makeup, she cut me off asking if I exfoliate since she saw I had a few blemishes here and there, and this whole convo wasn't even supposed to be this deep about skincare. I was literally just asking about a makeup product... As a college student with acne prone skin i'm very aware I don't have glowing skin, it's a work in progress. But those faces and attitude was straight up unwarranted. I literally had to just walk away mid speech about her being a "skincare expert", like girl I get it you're trying to be somewhat helpful but there's other ways to assist customers than the way you did. I literally work in sales and there's so many other ways to treat customers that whatever that was.
