I was looking for a gift and asked for assistance, one of the members named Sita assisted me on the floor and was so helpful finding me a perfume gift for a male friend. sometimes I hesitate to ask for help at other stores in general because it's very busy or staff seem preoccupied or not so welcoming. but Sita was more than happy to help. I didn't get the lady's name who was at the front ringing people up but she was so kind, calm, professional, & had a positive attitude, & very helpful too. She helped me find a moisturizer I was looking for and appreciated her assistance as well. I'm so sad our local San Leandro ulta beauty is closed now (which I just found out today lol) but I think Dublin blvd might be my new favorite ulta beauty location cuz the queens here are amazing !! there's plenty of parking also, wasn't packed during mid day timing so definitely will be coming back to this location to do my beauty shopping.

The long wait was worth it because Nichole was awesome! Never met someone with the best customer service skills, her positive attitude, and authenticity was very much appreciated. When I shop at a make up store- the people on the floor "try" to match and help, you think what you purchased was right.. you go home, try it and it doesn't work out. This experience was the opposite. Nichole helped and stayed with us until we were satisfied with the product. Again, very much appreciated. We forgot to ask Nicole - what are your work hours? It definitely did not make me as a customer feel welcomed, and in the moment I literally said "I know my skin isn't the best right now" cause she just kept it up with her faces and comments. As I was mentioning my skincare routine before applying makeup, she cut me off asking if I exfoliate since she saw I had a few blemishes here and there, and this whole convo wasn't even supposed to be this deep about skincare. I was literally just asking about a makeup product... As a college student with acne prone skin i'm very aware I don't have glowing skin, it's a work in progress. But those faces and attitude was straight up unwarranted. I literally had to just walk away mid speech about her being a "skincare expert", like girl I get it you're trying to be somewhat helpful but there's other ways to assist customers than the way you did.
