I'm in and out about 5 mins unless there's a huge line. I've yet to encounter long lines at this location, so its been great as far as check out goes. Sales associates are usually friendly and store is clean and organized, most items seem to be in stock like a regular retail location so nothing to complain about. Will continue to go back. This is kind of an interesting review. I recently bought the Petit Remedy balm while I was abroad and really like it. I keep it in my purse so I use it pretty often and I expect to run out soon so I came here hoping to find it for when I run out. No one greeted me when I walked in or asked if I needed any help finding anything but I did hear them ask other customers. After walking around the store and not seeing the balm, I approached an associate to ask if they carried it and showed it to her. She said likely not and that probably only the boutiques carry it. She then asked a co-worker if they carry the balm. I think she may have been the manager. She came over and was totally pretentious and started off by saying that they are the #2 highest selling store and that they carry all kinds of items and run out quick. But she never answered my question. Do you carry this product. Kinda funny to say they're #2 because they didn't have my balm nor could she confidently confirm that she's seen that product before. She just kept saying, oh we have all kinds of stuff so it's possible, we're #2 blah blah blah. If only the boutiques carry it, then just say that and I'll go to Walnut Creek or look for it online. L'Occitane in San Francisco Premium Outputs is a beautiful store. I don't feel they are any different from their retail stores in shopping malls. They carry the same good products. They provide the same good service. The store looks beautiful on both the external and internal. I love their colorful skincare products. It looks great, it smells excellent, and they have test samples for most of the items in the store too. You can try it before purchase. The salesladies at this location are very friendly and helpful as another of their stores. You have questions. They have answers. The right answers! read more

I love L'Occitane and their products. This store in particular is generally very well organized and clean, not too crowded whenever I happen to visit. Today a sale was going on for specific items, and even though what I picked out didn't specifically apply to the sale one associate (I believe her name was Ilene, at least that's what the receipt states) informed me that signing up for a membership would provide the same discount. Suffice to say I'm very happy with her assistance specifically. Although I'm satisfied with the help I received, the only reason I'm not giving this more than 2 stars is because a different employees behavior was extremely upsetting to witness! I didn't catch her name but it was one of the older female employees, long dark hair that was tied back at the time. When helping a mother and daughter she was quite literally yelling at them. When not immediately finding the rack with bar soaps instead of patiently waiting or even guiding the mother, the employee kept aggressively stating "No! Other side.". I try not to be a Karen when shopping at establishments; but I can't witnessing that level of unprofessionalism and not say anything! Management needs to look into this and do better. read more

I love coming to the outlet store to see what kinds of promos they are running. Since it's an outlet store, sometimes they will carry products that are discontinued - if you love a scent that will be discontinuing soon, it's a good place to stock up at the outlet since it gets a decent price cut (40% off sometimes or even more). The staff is friendly (most of them) but they chit chat quite a bit so sometimes it's necessary to interrupt their conversation to get help. Not bad for those who don't like to be bothered by sales associates lol. Funny story - one time the employee that rang me up had their own employee discount code applied to my entire order. I love this stuff, this location and awesome friendly staff! I was never into this brand but we just happened to stop by to just browse and we got to sample some of their products. Very easy on the skin. Pleasant smell. Asking questions was no problem from the staff. I have normal skin so I have to be careful to use products for oily skin as I break out very easily. The manager I believe was very helpful in what I needed. She even introduced a Korean milk based brand called Erborian which they carry. I love this stuff, too. If you love this brand and would like to get some deals, I would go to this outlet. It's not the cheapest but worth it. I can't say for the prices at the regular stores. [67/100] read more

I usually come here for their products especially the products that I can't find from retail store. The outlet usually have those discontinued products with further discount promotion. My sister and I bought Angelica product line in which they have 30% discount. They also have promotion with above $75, or $120 you will get free gift set. Or you can get a savings passport from guest service, if buy above $65, you can get locittane bag. The staffs were nice and willing to explain about their products. Their signature hand lotion (the $28 size) is the same price as Sephora and everywhere else. All their other lesser known products are a bit cheaper but not by much. One thing good is that they have an extensive array of products so you can try them all. I love their hand creams - some of the smaller ones were on sale (rose, violet) but not the lavender or peaux seches. This is a good place to get great gifts for those gfs that are hard to shop for. The shop girl was friendly. She spritzed the dark blue tissue paper and happily obliged to everything but was stingy on the samples. She had a WHOLE drawer full but only gave me four measly samples even though I spent over $100 there. Minus one star for being a grinch on the samples - I'm used to shop girls being more generous. read more

I became a fan of L'occitane after trying it at the 4 seasons hotel and ended up stocking up from a store that I found in LA. It was nice to see a store at the Paragon outlets. I walked in and was greeted by a nice lady with a British accent. She was very helpful and talked about all their specials and best sellers. They did not have some of the newer items that they list on the site but this is still a great store. If you have not been here before, definitely give it a try. read more

I'm no stranger to this brand and consider myself a "veteran" of using L'Occitane products. Today my daughter and I went in prepared to get a few items that we had in mind. While trying to decide which fragrance of certain products, we tested each (sample) fragrance (using the provided paper strips). As we were deciding, since we were still debating, the sales lady came over, said "Can I help you?" with a funny facial expression looking like why we stood there for "too long" and about to steal something. I explained that we were trying to "smell" each different kind (using the paper strips). She then said "That is body oil", as if we didn't read. (Yes we both read French). When paying, she asked whether I was a member. I said yes but I forgot which phone number I gave long time ago. She continued to say "Phone number?" with no facial expression. I said again that I don't remember but she could try (a number I gave her), which I actually think it was the correct one. She entered it, didn't say anything, didn't look at me, didn't say if it was the correct one. So I said, maybe try this (other) number. She still didn't look at me, just stared at her monitor, frowning. So I said "never mind, it's ok." And proceeded to pay. Throughout this whole encounter, no smile, no "thank you" when we were leaving. As if our presence inconvenienced her. By the way, according to my receipt, her name is Michelle and she's Asian. Avoid her if you have to come here. Shame on her for spoiling my visit to my favorite brand store. The full price store in the Stoneridge Mall has much better customer service, and I actually didn't find this outlet store to be too much (if any) cheaper. read more

I was at this store on Saturday May 22nd in the afternoon. While I was there, I noticed the Chinese sale associates (2 ladies) only gave service to Chinese customers. What a shame!! Anyone who has been to Paris knows that Parisians are notoriously rude. Who knew that they train the American staff here to be the same?! First let me say that the older Caucasian gentleman and young African American female were very helpful. HOWEVER, the other younger gentleman (Hispanic or Caucasian), Asian lady, and another lady I forget are absolutely atrocious and ruined the entire experience. Thank you older Caucasian man who helped me find products and introduce me to new things and tell me about the current promotions. Also thank you African American lady who told the three yapping staff that "Guys, there's a customer ready to be rung up," after she noticed I was standing there patiently waiting while the three were deeply immersed in conversation. Now after the three yapping cackling hyenas realized I had been standing there waiting for them to stop and notice me, none of them apologized, and they continued to yap while I was being rung up. This is not a sorority party okay girlfriends? Wake up and smell the terrible customer service you are providing. So on to the rude Asian lady who doesn't smile, apologize, or make eye contact. She takes my things and as she rings them up says "Which one you want?" I wasn't quite sure what she was referring to so I asked "Do you mean I can choose any of these?" to which she abruptly cut me off before I could finish with "Yeah yeah yeah." Uhh really?! Is my $100+ purchase and presence disturbing your chat with your sorority sisters?! She then proceeded by having me sign up for their emails so I could get their promotional item and gave me my items in a tote bag, all the while never explaining that it's a promotional tote and that I received the "yeah yeah yeah" item as some other promotion. Absolute fail. The nerve of her and the other two associates. Because this is the only L'Occitane outlet in the area, we really have no choice but to come here. I called from afar and was treated to awesome customer service from Aubrey on what was probably the worst day of the year (start of holiday shopping). Our Seattle L'Occitane outlet closed permanently, so I called the Livermore store asking for the deepest bargain I could get. Aubrey got me the President's Day discount and an extra 20% I didn't know about. I was, shall we say, a little high maintenance and she was no doubt fending off hordes of early holiday shoppers. Aubrey made me feel like the only customer she had that day. She led me through the transaction smoothly and even told me about the free gift for orders over a certain amount, which I wasn't even aware of. Oh, and free shipping. Aubrey is all class and made the whole transaction an absolute pleasure. I ended up spending $500 and was totally thrilled about it. read more

All I can say is that you have to get the Almond cleansing oil and the Supple skin Almond oil!!!! They are the absolute best. Your skin will feel so soft and you will smell so good. These two products have become a staple regarding my bathing/showering/pampering regimen. Neither of these products is heavily oily and you won't be disappointed AT ALL! I love the products here... The lotions are great, the oils are great, even the shampoo and conditioners mix is really good (used it while on vacation once...loved!! It has become my travel size shampoo and conditioner). I didnt even know there was an outlet of this store until I wandered around this outlet mall strip. I love this store in the typical retail mall and was in heaven when I stumbled upon this outlet.
