This review is more for the stylist, not the salon itself. I choose to go to Lindsay Rogoff. She's been a friend for years & I've gone to her for almost 20 years! I've followed her from multiple salons but I think this salon is going to be her permanent home. She's awesome with color, bleaching & cuts! She's also a very honest person & will voice her opinion if she thinks you're making the wrong move with your hair. Love her to death! She only works a few days a week so you will need an appointment! read more

I was here a few months ago. My husband got me a gift certificate as a gift. The owner did an excellent job on my hair. She did an ombre on my very dark brown hair and a haircut. I first started coming in here around September, I cAme as a walk in and was lucky enough to have Genevie do my hair. I came in wanting an ombré and scared to death of my hair being cut too short, genevie and her daughter knew exactly what I had in my mind and was more than happy with the results. The salon itself is very clean and has the most friendly staff. I've been in since for a touch up and I am still in love with my color and hair trim. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to cut your hair the you like. For me, I work in an office and have to dress in dress shirts, slacks, and ties. I like my hair to look clean cut and professional, however, I also like to style it "messy." I always request scissor and razor cuts. No clippers. Anyways, I've been very happy with my hair cuts done by Sara. I always leave there feeling good about the cut. The moment of truth comes when I go to style it for the week of work, and since getting my hair cuts by Sara, every day is a snap, point, and smile kinda day. LOL She's great at men's cuts. The salon itself is nice too. Its clean and well kept. Everyone there works as an independent hair stylist so you'll end up scheduling your appointments with them and not necessarily the salon. I go here every 2-3 months to get my full weave highlights to cover my gray hairs, or a keratin blowout and hair cut. Teri is great with my hair. She takes her time and gets the color right and the trim. The parking is great. It is in the Lowes parking lot in Corona. I make my appointments a week or two in advance, because they get filled up fast. They offer free coffee and water, wear cute aprons, and all the hairstylists have cute hair. I just left the salon and I have to tell you Monique is AMAZING. My hair was so messed up from a previous hair cut the person clearly didn't know what they were doing. It was my fault for going to a cheap place thinking a trim wasn't really something you could mess up. I had no choice but to let it grow out because I didn't want to cut my hair any shorter than it was. Even grown out you could see there was just no flow going on with my hair. I can now wear my hair down without feeling self conscious! She has made me a repeat customer for life :) read more

I have gone to Salon 180 5 times. The salon is nice but you have to block out more than 3 hrs for a color and cut this is too long. I have been to other Salons that has done better or as good a job only took 1 .5 or 2 hrs tops. I even skipped getting my hair styled and blown dryed and still charged regular price. My color the first times was good. Second and third time color was not very good still could see some red in it. I will not be returning. read more

There are not many people that know how to do a proper pixie cut and it can go drastically wrong! Monique ALWAYS gives me the perfect cut and color. I have been following Julian around for about 10 years now and have not once left unsatisfied. So of course when she opened Salon 180 as her own business, I was proud and excited for her. Throughout the years I have continued to watch this place grow better and better with each visit. The place is a beautiful, fun, and welcoming atmosphere. All the stylist here continue to keep up to date with the trending styles, colors, and cuts and I always over hear them give each other tips and tricks to help each other out. It's nice to come to a business of mostly women and feel like they are all a family and not catty with each other. Believe me I know other salons have this drama going on and I'm glad this isn't how Salon 180 runs. The prices are reasonable too. If you're looking for a place that you'll know you'll always leave feeling satisfied and beatiful, I highly recommend Salon 180. Ask for Julian.
