I've been to many pedicure spots and hers was the gentlest I've ever had. No tickling feelings, so soft with the clipping and cleaning that I barely felt it. Even the callous removal was gentle! I was so impressed with how the nails looked before even adding polish-- they looked like they could've been coated with a clear shiny nail polish already! The nail polish she uses is also impressively fast dry, which means no needing to wait around for 15-30 minutes. Next time, I'd personally skip the polish because the nails look SO pretty even without it (and I don't usually like nail polish myself).

Their colors are accessed through a QR code! Was kind of difficult to see if I'd like the color on me since I prefer the swatches on something physical. Nhi was able to help and got the color I was aiming for. From the manicure to the pedicure everything was done well and Nhi was thorough and very friendly which is always nice when you're doing this kind of work. I already have my next visit scheduled so I can change the color of my toes to a more appropriate summer color and remove the gel from the nails on my hands and get basic polish as I work with my hands. They also offer free tea or sparkling water. They do have a specialty drink menu, reasonably priced, and super yummy as I got a Black Sesame foam matcha! It pains me to write this review because I have been going here for years…read more I got a gel manicure last Friday. The front desk girls were nice. The initial first half of my appointment was fine. Things shifted towards the second half of my appointment. I accidentally dipped my hands back in water after my nails were filed and buffed. The tech I was working with (Lily) seemed visibly annoyed with me. I felt very awkward for the rest of my appointment. After that happened, she was weirdly pushy and abrupt with my hands while curing the gel nails under the LED light. That wasn't even the worst part. During the gel application, I saw this girl wipe her cleanup brush with extra alcohol directly onto the granite countertop, then use the same brush directly on my skin to clean the excess gel on my hands. I have always seen techs here use a paper towel (or another white towel) for this. I was so grossed out. To top off this experience, the hot towel and hand massage at the end of my appointment was super rushed and not thorough at all. So disappointing. I hope this was a fluke, but sad to say I will probably be going elsewhere.
