Upscale- Made me feel like Meg Ryan at Saks in The Women. Manicure was well done and lasted a week! Staff was very professional, wish they had been a bit more outgoing... Make an appointment.

Awkward selfies of before & after visiting Drew!
    Shannon E.

What can I say about Drew that hasn't already been said? Who cares, I'll say it again until you're convinced you need to visit him! I've been seeing Drew for nearly 9 years. See that city, under my name? That's right, I fly from OKC now, to see him. Ok, and my family too. But really, mostly Drew. The first time I stumbled across him, it was pure luck, and I'm so grateful. Before, I was a mess of cowlicks and blonde hair that didn't quite work. Now, I have people stopping me on the streets to ask where I get my hair done. (Which is awkward when I tell them that first they need to buy a plane ticket.) Every time I step out of Salon Circa, I have some serious swagger... So much swagger that I've convinced every former roommate, every best friend to go see him. I think I'm up to 9 or 10 people I've sent his way. The color grows out beautifully, the cuts are amazing, I would follow him to the ends of the Earth. Join the Drew Fan Club, you won't regret it! Just don't move to Oklahoma, it makes it hard to pop in for the awesome blow-outs.

    Poor polish application
    Nisreen H.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at Salon Circa. I went in for a shellac manicure and the results were not great. The technician took over an hour to do the manicure and when the polish was applied it bubbled and wrinkled. She will have you contort your hands in very odd ways to get the polish to cure under the UV light. I walked out praying the manicure would make it at least 24 hours (I am in a wedding party this weekend, so the manicure had to survive the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day), but when I woke up the next morning, my manicure had only gotten worst. I got the manicure at 2pm in the afternoon and didn't do anything other than go out for cocktails, but when I woke up the polish looked really horrendous. Pictures attached.

After looking over all the photos, I selected the "Tent Suite." I liked the day bed, in addition to the big tub. The massage itself was relaxing - don't expect a deep tissue or anything. I asked for extra firm pressure before and during the massage, but we never really quite got there. No problem, though, because I was super relaxed and almost fell asleep. I packed charcuterie supplies and sparkling wine. I maybe overpacked on the utensils, because they really did have everything else there. This is a super romantic spot and feels very fancy for a special event.

We booked it on Friday and planned for a 12:00-2:50 p.m. couples massage on Saturday. We got up on Saturday and started driving, even allowing for a 30-minute buffer time. The GPS said we would arrive at 11:30 a.m. Unfortunately, our car, which we have never had problems with before, had just died on the highway. We were 30 minutes away, and it was an hour prior to 12 when the incident occurred, so I called them and let them know what was going on. I had hoped that they would be understanding and waive the cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total price. Thinking they would be understanding and flexible enough to even rebook me another day so we could still experience this and 100% pay them, because why would we not? That's not at all what happened. Management said that the masseuses still had to get paid somehow, and even after experiencing this emergency with our car, we still had to pay the 50% cancellation fee. We will absolutely not be returning, due to this company's lack of understanding and flexibility with its customers.

Booked a day pass expecting a relaxing spa experience, but it felt more like access to a standard…read morehotel pool and gym rather than a true spa experience as advertised. The "lap pool" was 84 degrees which is way too warm for actual lap swimming. The locker situation was also frustrating. Day pass guests can only use lockers on the pool deck, not in the locker room, which defeats the purpose if you come prepared with clothes to change into after showering -- there's nowhere secure or convenient to store your belongings inside the locker room itself. On top of that, the locker room wasn't very clean and robes weren't provided. The pool area is open to all hotel guests, including kids, so it never felt calm or spa-like. Between the crowd, temperature of the pool, and limited amenities, it didn't match the spa experience that was advertised. I frequent hotel spas, and this was one of the most disappointing given the price. It would feel more appropriate at about half the cost, especially since parking isn't validated for day pass guests.

I will definitely be back! The lounge area was really nice with some good snack snacks such as chocolate covered cherries, and a nut mixture and several different teas to choose from. The music was very nice in the background and the spa was excellent! I utilized the pool, the Jacuzzi, and the steam room and sauna. The front desk was amazing!! I got lost trying to find the parking lot because there is a Hyatt across the street as well, I called and she followed on the map and told me exactly where to turn and how to get into the parking lot and the $13 valet parking was great in the building!! the only suggestion I have is to maybe use terry cloth robes instead of the heavy Sherpa lined older robes. The slipper sandals were so nice!! Wish I had a pair! Loved it!!

I cannot recommend this business due to their unfair billing practices. I came in to redeem a gift…read morecertificate that was explicitly purchased as a "Relax Package" which includes massage and facial. Despite the certificate clearly naming these services, the business forced me to pay an additional $20 out-of-pocket because their internal prices had increased since the card was bought. There is absolutely no fine print or disclosure on the certificate stating that prices are subject to change or that the customer is responsible for price differences. A prepaid gift should be fully honored when they sell it as a package on their website. Forcing a customer to pay extra for a prepaid package is a terrible business practice. The massage and facial were just okay. Not exceptional experiences. There were communication issue with the girl who performed my massage. The girl that did my massage asked if I would like them to work on my sculp that day. I was confused if she meant during the massage it facial so I asked. She said "Oh! You have a facial appointment too? Then I'll let her do that during the facial." However, the girl who performed facial did not perform massage on my sculp. I'm not very pleased with the experience and would not go back or recommend to anyone.

The reception team was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the guided introduction at the beginning--it made it easy to understand all the different amenities and made us feel welcome. The salt room was incredibly relaxing, and the jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind. I also have to mention the snowballs after the sauna--they were such a fun and refreshing touch! The complimentary tea, water, and other drinks were always available and added to the overall experience. Excellent customer service, beautiful facilities, and such a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend this place, and I can't wait to come back!

I'd come here roughly three times before deciding to host a Galentine's Day celebration, via private booking. The multiple spa spaces (steam room, clay sauna, Finnish sauna, and more) make it perfect for a large-ish gathering to have elbow room (we had 20 people) while the layout also makes it intimate enough that we felt connected. Nothing like all your friends cheering from the hot tub while you cold plunge! While the spa is always "social" so no need to whisper, I highly recommend the luxury and fun of a private booking. Aside from respectfully keeping our voices low in the locker room near treatment rooms being used by other guests, we were able to laugh and toast to our hearts' content. On that note, the staff was so accommodating with a table for the snacks we brought, a tub with ice for our drinks, and generally all the coordination that it took to pull this off. They made it as easy as possible. And on the day-of, Denise was a particularly gracious host -- welcoming us and even patiently/considerately snapping a group photo from multiple angles (at our request, to be clear - haha). I'll be back many more times -- whether solo or with friends. So grateful for this urban retreat in a very convenient location for Seattle-area city'zens.
