Parking is a beast at the Diamond Jamboree lot so try to get there during non rush hour times. They open late after 11am so a bit of a hassle if you're in a rush and crunched for time. The lady that's usually behind the counter was talking to another owner from somewhere else and completely ignored me as I was walking in. We made eye contact, I smiled at her, and she looked away. At the time I figured that maybe she just didn't actually see me come in. About five minutes later there were a few new customers that have walked in. She immediately stopped her conversation to say hi to them. Once when her conversation finally ended, she walks over to the customers and tells them to let her know if they needed help with anything then proceeded to go back to the counter. At that point, I understood what was happening and I decided to exit the store because I did not feel comfortable shopping somewhere where I wasn't welcome. I have shopped here multiple times and spent a lot of money on the products because I wanted to support a smaller company that carries a lot of the products that I use on my face. I am pretty bummed that that happened at the store since I have had good interactions with some of the other workers. I am never one to usually make reviews, but I feel that this one is important to be made in case anyone else experiences the same thing.

They accept credit card with a $5 minimum if you provide your phone number there's a small discount for the OPI nail polish which otherwise doesn't' qualify for any discounts. When I made a reasonable request for free home delivery as compensation, their excuse was that my location was too far away, stating that they only offer free delivery to nearby areas. then I provided an another address in a nearby neighborhood, yet they still insisted that I pay for the delivery fees. They are unreasonable and highly unprofessional.
