They took the time to show me different Jane Iredale products, test out shades on me, and even let me step outside with a mirror to see how everything looked in natural lighting, which I really appreciated. I ended up leaving with the perfect foundation and a powder SPF in the best shade. They also shared some great promotions they had going on. Honestly, such a great experience from start to finish. The Newport location is beautiful but I prefer the Corona office because it is a quicker drive from Westlake Village. I often turn it into a day trip and it is always worth it. Sherry the office manager is the sweetest and answers whenever I need help. Dr. B is amazing and very personable. They never pressure you into additional work and always focus on what is best. He has done excellent work on my lips with great natural looking results. The dental block makes the lip procedures almost painless which was hard to find locally. I also start taking arnica a few days before to help reduce any potential bruising. I plan to return next month and highly recommend them for their professional and reliable service.

Parking is a beast at the Diamond Jamboree lot so try to get there during non rush hour times. They open late after 11am so a bit of a hassle if you're in a rush and crunched for time. I booked a laser hair removal appointment weeks in advance for July 3rd and was told the location would be open. I called multiple times over the last few weeks and left voicemails trying to reach someone, I never got a single callback. I no longer live in the area and booked this appointment my only chance back in town. On the morning of my appointment I called to confirm since I never received a confirmation email or reminder. No one answered. I had to call the Manhattan Beach location just to find out that Costa Mesa was closed. I was never notified. No call, no email, nothing. This location has gone noticeably downhill. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and they have switched away from medical grade numbing cream which has made tattoo removal significantly more painful than it used to be. I still have several sessions remaining that I need to use up, but if you are looking for a reliable provider I would honestly recommend going elsewhere. The quality of this location has gone down tremendously and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone. I genuinely hope management addresses these issues because the service I experienced years ago was excellent. This is not that.
