Polishing was frustrating--a piece of fuzz or chunk of polish was stuck in the nail, and when I asked her to fix it, she tried clipping it off with cuticle nippers unsuccessfully, but then just polished over it. At the end, I am still stuck with a chunk of something in my gel polish. Edges of nails not even polished, also frustrating. Got the silent treatment at the end, as she was clearly irritated I asked her to fix the nail. Despite still tipping 20% I won't be returning. Please, can we just take our time and perform the service? I'm paying $60+ so I don't have to do this at home, but if you're just going to blow through it what is the point?
