Sandy is great, it took us a little time to get into a rhythym because my nails are super sensitive so I can't have the ANC (get dip) taken off my nails in the usual way, but she listened and now gives me exactly what i need. Calling to make an appointment can be a little disconcerting because they don't take your name or phone number, however, I have never had an issue with my appointment being forgotten or mixed up. Big parking lot that gets plowed well in winter, so parking is always easy. I was most impressed, however, when I tore my ACL and suddenly found myself on crutches as well as blood thinners yet needed to get my nails done for an event...Sandy was so good about making sure that I didn't slip or fall with my injury. She took extra care of me for weeks to ensure I could move safely from the pedicure chair to the nail station, and even made adjustments to ensure that no accidental nicks happened, due to my heightened blood clot risk. When I first started going there I got basic color ANC nails and after realizing how talented the owner's wife is, I'm now able to get different designs and ombre. Most recently, I tried paying for a service using my AMEX card, they told me card was declined and that they had to try charging it again. Two days later, I checked my credit card account and they actually charged me twice for the same service. I called them and they did not apologize and said I could come in for a refund as if they knew what they had done. I went in to get a refund and the manager was extremely rude and did not apologize. Another incident: I tried using the ATM to take cash out for the service. The ATM said they could not dispense the cash. A few days later, I checked my account and the money was removed from my account although the ATM did not dispense the money. I called the store manager several times and he told me that he would have to put me in contact with the ATM owner who was also not very responsive. I had to dispute the charge with my debit card. Another instance: I got a pedicure and the nail tech soaked off my ANC powder for my manicure. Once I finished my pedicure, I had to wait 30-40 minutes for them to do my ANC manicure. On two occasions, one nail tech refused to do my nails and even stopped her coworker from doing my nails so they could service people who arrived well after me.
