They are my go-to for pedicures. My nail tech Michael is the best. He goes out of the way to give me the royal treatment. We always have a great time conversing, and his skill and knowledge are incredible. I don't always get in there as often as I'd like, but when I 5 literally transforms my feet from a dry crusty mess to perfectly polished supple soles. The before would scare you. So, if you want to have gorgeous nails , perfect pedi, or waxing services, go check them out. They'll make you feel comfortable, and the staff is kind and hard working. Side Note: This establishment is run by a family from a foreign country. Please keep in mind that the staffs first language is not English and that from time to time they will converse in their language. Its not something they do to make you feel uncomfortable it's comforting to them. Also, be patient when communicating with them. Not sure why this place gave low stars. The staff is really nice n chatty. We didn't call prior, n just showed up. They told us to come back in 30 minutes. We went back in 45 minutes and they took us in. Both me and my cousin got manicure n pedicure done. They are nice and very good service. It was $130 plus tip for both of us. Suspected racist! I have pics to prove it. I'm an African American woman I went there to get a gel pedicure. Before starting my feet the lady informed me that she had bad allergies and would need to use a mask. No problem she did appear to have some nasal issues. However I noticed she also used gloves. I didn't think nothing of it until I noticed the man next to me was performing a pedicure on a white woman with no mask OR gloves! Ok, still not thinking anything. Then an older white woman came in after that for a pedicure and again, the gentleman didn't use a mask or gloves at all! What's the problem? Afraid to get some black on her hands? As a business they are ALL supposed to be on one accord and not make anyone feel bad or different! They don't have to worry about me anymore and will inform everyone I know as well! read more

It is one's first visit to a salon that has the biggest impact. Hence, no "Magic" happened here! I went in with a friend, her 8 y/o son & her mother. We went in unexpectedly because the nail salon down the road couldn't squeeze us in. We all needed services and were helped right away with good customer service. This is my reason for 3 stars. I needed a polish change on my toes and the job done was average, however, it was an easy request so not hard to do. I had an old gel polish over old nail tips that needed to be removed because I wanted to start clean and allow my nails to breath. The gentleman used nail clippers to start cutting the tips down and he started with my pinky nail and moved up my hand in that direction. When he reached nail #2 I felt that he was placing the clippers a bit too close to my skin/nail line so I sort of pulled back a bit and he realigned his position with the clippers. With his second attempt on the clip he put the clippers right back in the same exact spot and "BAM" cuts my skin under the nail. I jumped back with a sigh because of the pain, obviously, and I think I scared him too because he said, "what?" in a startled voice. Don't forget I still need to have my nails soaked off with pure acetone! So he stopped his job there and started soaking my hands. So picture this, pinky nail (cut) ring finger (cut & bleeding) and the rest of my 8 fingers had been untouched. Someone else finished my job and apologized. I'm certain he was being reprimanded in Vietnamese if I could've understood as the next lady came in behind him. I won't go back. It's hard to find a good salon in this area and it looks to me like I will keep looking. P.S. my friend got French tip mani and she said it looked like she felt she was stuck in the 90's with the way it looked. read more

Worst place. I went for a quick eye brow with no appointment. They were busy and I was ready to come back if needed as I walked in without appointment, asked me to wait for 10-15 mins. The main problem was guy who did my eyebrows. 1) He was smelling of Smoke 2) He did whole eye brow at one go ... it pained like hell. Given I am getting my eye brows done for 20 years I am used to the pulling but this was at another level. :( 3) Did pull few hairs with tweezers which was again very painful. 4) When I looked into the mirror it was horrible, when I asked him to fix it he did little trimming on inside of the brows and tells me that people like it that way :) 5) When I showed it to the front desk lady (I think she is the owner) she didn't even acknowledge and no courtesy to admit it. 6) Overall very Rude and unprofessional Now my eyebrows look crooked and don't match length wise as well as shape wise. they just lost a customer forever. read more

Worst place for waxing! The lady who usually does the waxing is really careless. My mom and I had both been going here for a while for lip/brow waxes and it seems like over time it just got worse. She does the waxing really fast and is not careful about applying the wax at all. The upper lip basically becomes like she's waxing a fu-man-chu, she just slathers the wax all over the place. I luckily just moved out of the area and have found some place near me that is priced right and does a good job. My mom however still goes there. I think she always hopes to get the other girl (the younger one) but seems to always end up with the older lady. I'm writing this review because of an incident that just happened to my mom. While she was getting a wax the lady somehow got wax on the inside of mom's lower lip. When she ripped, off came skin and she started bleeding! She has a big patch where the flesh is gone (sent me a pic). As if that's not bad enough...she had the nerve to still charge my mom for the service! If it was me, I would have refused to pay and would have been expecting offers of free services just to keep my business and keep me from reporting them to the BBB and making reviews on sites like this. My mom on the other hand doesn't stick up for herself very well so she just paid and left. I feel like it must be put out there to warn people about this place and that lady in particular. Unfortunately, we don't know anybody's name there, but I think she's the oldest woman there. I don't really have any review of their nail services but I would NEVER go there for a wax again. read more
