My pedicure was done well, and I was very relaxed during. It was not the best pedicure I have ever had, but certainly up there. For eyebrow waxing I have seen Jess a couple times and she does a good job. I can't comment on hair styling since I have never had that done here myself. Signatures is middle of the road for me, which is not saying anything bad at all. I have had my share of bad spa experiences in the past, so if I'm willing to keep coming in, you are doing something right.

In fact, I had to re-schedule my initial appointment & they were very accommodating. The day of the appt I was greeted upon arrival & quickly pointed to the waiting/lounge area. The space is beautifully decorated. I didn't wait very long at all. Eventually Sophia came out to introduce herself & we headed to the room. She asked me a bit about my skin as well as my personal skin goals. She gave brief info about the process/products used throughout the facial but otherwise allowed for silence & relaxation. She also gave a recommendation for how often I should have this service done & answered my question about another service as well. Overall, the facial itself was amazing & I would definitely return.
