I was more than a little nervous to get a pedicure and ANC for the first time since Covid, but Rachel and Michael were amazing, efficient, friendly, and above all - safe and sanitized. The door is locked, services are by appointment only and customers are invited to wait outside with provided chairs or elect to stay in their vehicles and be called or texted when it is time to come in. Hand sanitizer is required done entry, masks are mandatory and temperature is taken via a forehead scan before going past the front counter. The number of customers is limited and workstations are spaced apart with plexiglass between technicians and customers. I returned a week later with my nieces and was greeted warmly even after we returned when they wanted an additional design and cut down the next day. They've gained a lifetime customer. I tipped double the standard for me and would rate a 10 if that was possible. read more

I Had a pedicure today with Mike and he gave me the best leg and foot massage of my entire life! It lasted 25 minutes and he used 4 different packets of exfoliants and lotion and saved my skin! I was worried because I had a broken pinkie toe recently but after I mentioned it he was ever so careful. Thanks Mike! read more

I'm chilling in one of their chairs right now. We called to make a reservation, but they clearly weren't able to take us. Despite not being too busy. My group sat in the chairs while waiting for the techs to come over. The water was freezing cold in my chair and hot in my friend and Sister in Laws chairs. We also had my 6year old niece with us getting a pedi. My SIL and friend were tended to after a 20-25 min wait. Then someone came to take care of me, leaving my 6 year old niece to wait even longer, so I asked that tech to take care of her instead. I waited another 20 minutes for someone to come and had to take my feet out of the ice bath they were in because it took so freaking long, they were raisins. My friend and SIL we're almost done (polish drying) by the time someone got to me. I decided to refuse a pedicure. I wouldn't mind paying for the cold soak if they wanted me to, but after. 45 min wait in cold water, I wouldn't have paid for anything. They didn't offer to discount or provide it on the house and barely apologized. So big fat NOPE from me. read more

I really don't like posting negative reviews, but I'm frustrated. I'm a college student and I have my nail place I love at home. I've tried a bunch of places here, but this place has rubbed me the wrong way. Ive been there twice. The first time I called and asked for an appointment with Mike, but when I got there I was passed off to someone else. That was annoying, but it was fine. This time, I'm very frustrated. At home I get crazy designs with gems, loose glitter, the works. I've never paid more than $50 + tip for a fill and design. Up here I've tried another place that also does great designs with gems and everything, and I've never paid more than $35 +tip. Here, I just got a fill and color, as well as an incredibly simple design, and I was charged $56 +tip. My nails weren't even cut down and filed. Literally just a fill and paint; no filing down, shaping, etc. That price is absolutely ridiculous. When I called I was told they'd give me $5 off next time I come. $5 off of $56? That's still $51 which is ridiculous for the quality and amount of work was done. Not going back, I regret trying this place. read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! I had the owner do OPI Axxium Gel on my nails and she had no clue what she was doing! She only put two coats of color on and it came off the next day! I had a wedding to go to and was embarrassed at how my nails looked! I ended up taking off the gel by just peeling it off and painting them before the wedding. My eyebrows were begging to be waxed...I was desperate. I told the woman I had errands to run afterwards, that I didn't want to be really red. She began waxing my eybrows, and Ill admit, I'm still a bit of a baby and like when after the strip is pulled off, a cool finger on the waxed spot. Fine, she didn't do that, not a huge deal. What is a huge deal is that she just sat me up and told me I was all set. Wait a sec, I still have wax residue on me!! I asked her if she had anything to take it off, so she stuck her fingers in a bit of Vasoline and did a mediocre job of trying to get it off. Now the kicker...I get to the car, look in the mirror, and I have hair stuck to my eyelids and my browbone from where she trimmed. Seriously??? She definitely noticed it when she was done...you'd have to be blind not to. Do not go here for waxing. read more

Excellent salon! I get great nails every 2 weeks. If there is an occasion that a nail breaks when it shouldn't, talking to Mike or Annie gets it fixed right away, never a problem. Love this place!!! Fun and clean environment!!! Love it! read more

I used to frequent this place, but it's gone downhill. Some of the technicians are good, and most are lousy. You shouldn't have to request and then wait for competent tech, they should all be good. As common as these nail salons are, there isn't any reason to frequent this one anymore. read more

Use to go to this salon frequently since 2011. They've gone downhill a lot. I stopped getting my nails done here at the beginning of the year because I found a much more clean and friendly nail location but I still went to Princess Nails to get my eyebrows done. My most recent experience was terrible at Princess Nails. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the owner is usually crappy at doing eyebrows so I'm not even sure why I continued to go here. Anyway, I went to get my eyebrows done, she did one eye then started to wax the other eye, she literally got a huge glob of burning hot wax in the corner of my eye. It was super painful..meaning while the owner was just standing there looking dumbfounded as to what to do. I said "could i have a paper towel with water or something" and she handed me a dry q-tip, what is a q-tip going to do for me...it's going to stick to the hot wax is what it's going to do. It was so rediculous!! After all said and done she finished with the eyebrow and it was totally not even the same shape as the other one. The tools at this place and their nail drying machines and disgusting and need to be deep cleaned. read more
