It wasn't busy at the time we went in. I was able to get into chair. The massage feature felt great as I have spinal pain issues. They also accommodated me by doing everything from this chair. The manicure part the man stood the whole time I felt for his feet and even asked if he wanted to take a break. My experience for the first time in a long time was good and I will be back. Accessible parking space and to get onto the sidewalk would be my only complaint.

She didn't even soak my old nails off that I came in with she ripped them off using another nail. My cuticles and nails weren't touched (no filing, trim) she literally just went straight in with the fake nails after taking off my old ones. Also, not photographed but there was powder mixed with other nail stuff left under my nails and skin after she finished. She was extremely stern and somehow ended up being the one upset when I asked her to take them off and for a refund. 0/10 overall, save yourself the time and money do not go here!!

This past weekend, I went to AT Deluxe with my friend for a UV gel manicure and a pedicure. Immediately, they offered to complete both services at once, which was so nice. The pedicures were standard, and very nice results, but expensive. However, both of our manicures are not nice. Both applications are incredibly thick, and chipping after one day. I am going to a new nail salon tomorrow to get these removed because of how thick they are. I really enjoyed my first experiences, but I will not be returning. At $145 each before tip for our services, I would expect a higher quality.

At one point, she used the brush with polish remover to clean old polish stains off the table, then used the same brush on my nail immediately after. The nail tech was very nice, but she seemed to not understand what shape I was asking for or my responses to any of her questions. Although the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable, I would not return. The final outcome left much to be desired with uneven and streaky application and the incorrect shape. I'm disappointed that I'll likely need to go home and have this set re-done.
