I got a pedicure and then an ANC manicure on my natural nails. She got tips and an ANC manicure. I had Kim, she had Nick. Kim was super nice and friendly. She did a great job and I feel like I have princess nails right now! Everyone there was nice. It was clean and professional. The polish bottles at the front of the store looked well used... but other than that, it was great all around! Most recently, I tried paying for a service using my AMEX card, they told me card was declined and that they had to try charging it again. Two days later, I checked my credit card account and they actually charged me twice for the same service. I called them and they did not apologize and said I could come in for a refund as if they knew what they had done. I went in to get a refund and the manager was extremely rude and did not apologize. Another incident: I tried using the ATM to take cash out for the service. The ATM said they could not dispense the cash. A few days later, I checked my account and the money was removed from my account although the ATM did not dispense the money. I called the store manager several times and he told me that he would have to put me in contact with the ATM owner who was also not very responsive. I had to dispute the charge with my debit card. Another instance: I got a pedicure and the nail tech soaked off my ANC powder for my manicure. Once I finished my pedicure, I had to wait 30-40 minutes for them to do my ANC manicure. On two occasions, one nail tech refused to do my nails and even stopped her coworker from doing my nails so they could service people who arrived well after me. This salon has TERRIBLE customer service!

Got the silent treatment at the end, as she was clearly irritated I asked her to fix the nail. Despite still tipping 20% I won't be returning. Please, can we just take our time and perform the service? I'm paying $60+ so I don't have to do this at home, but if you're just going to blow through it what is the point?

My pedicure was done well, and I was very relaxed during. It was not the best pedicure I have ever had, but certainly up there.
