I've been to AT Deluxe a few times. The first two visits, I had a great experience. Shaping on my Hard Gel nails was great, and they were not too thick when applied which was amazing. This past weekend, I went to AT Deluxe with my friend for a UV gel manicure and a pedicure. Immediately, they offered to complete both services at once, which was so nice. The pedicures were standard, and very nice results, but expensive. However, both of our manicures are not nice. Both applications are incredibly thick, and chipping after one day. I am going to a new nail salon tomorrow to get these removed because of how thick they are. I really enjoyed my first experiences, but I will not be returning. At $145 each before tip for our services, I would expect a higher quality. read more

I went into AT Deluxe Nails & Spa after my usual nail salon of a few years had disappointed me consistently the last few times I was there. What a wonderful experience! I had Leo as my tech, and he talked me into trying builder gel. I had never tried it, and I initially came in for ANC. He took time a care in making sure I had a great experience, the right shape, color, etc. Some additional perks included a complimentary cold water bottle, neck/back massage, a warm towel on my hands and a hand massage. i never leave reviews but i've been getting my nails done regularly for over 12 years and this was one of my favorite salon experiences! tina (i believe that was her name) did my acrylic application and the shape is perfect and the thickness is exactly how i like it. leo did the polish and i didn't realize the color i selected was magnetic. i never get magnetic polish to save a few bucks but he went ahead and did it and added some hearts for me! both techs were kind and fast, and prices were fair. will most definitely be visiting again :) read more

The people are very nice but the manicurist ignored my requests and did what she wanted anyway. All I wanted was an anc whit ombré and it turned into a whole thing with me googling pictures of what that was and talking her through how it would go since I've had it done before but somehow despite me saying "could you just get the white anc and I'll walk you through it" she still proceeded to paint white gel on my fingers. Not to mention when I was picking out the color I wanted a white sparkle that was it not white and then a separate silver sparkle, this too was ignored and the lady chose what she wanted to do assuring me it was going to turn out the same. The lady proceeded to ask me to get diamonds and flowers and I didn't want them but she kept trying. I gave up and just wanted it over and to pay the bill to leave. It's hard to see in the image but the nails were full of bubbles the transition was clearly paint dabbed on and sloppy. Not coming back. People were VERY kind and friendly. They gave me a coupon because I clearly was not satisfied with my manicure and a bracelet for getting married this weekend but they're not highly skilled with anc I'm guessing. They wanted to charge me $80 just for this until I smiled and stared at their price chart and then it went down to $65 before tip for what ended up being a gel manicure. read more

It had been a long time since I got pedicure. My sister and I went to this salon on the spur of the moment and are so happy we did! The entire staff were so friendly and inviting. We both chose the golden pedicure. They took their time, worked hard to insure that we were very happy with there service and even brought us fresh picked blueberries to snack on. My pup, a service pup, was given his own little sprig of blueberries to nibble on while sitting on my lap for the duration. They were thorough, friendly and happy to accept a short set appt. But what changed my opinion greatly was after my pedicure the lady rinsed the tub with water and then directed me to the manicure station.I want to add the salon was not busy at all. It was myself and two other women. A new woman came in and wanted a pedicure. The worker directed her to the pedicure station I was just at. My issue was the tub was not cleaned and sanitized. Then it started running through my head whose feet were in that tub before me? I will not be returning, also its only been two days and my manicure is chipping. A coworker of mine drives from scotia here and her nails are always beautiful , so I figured it was worth the shot . The place was clean , professional and the owner was lovely ! I wanted to like this place based on the reviews I read prior to my appointment. The manicurist I had rushed through my gel manicure and it shows. His tools were rusted, yes RUSTED, filed my nails crooked, and for some reason used a drill file to take off my regular nail polish (which hurt!) I've had many gel manicures and I've never had a manicurist take off regular polish with a tool like that before, especially after I told him that it wasn't gel. Onto the gel application: my cuticles had gel on them and he was incredibly stingy with the color...it looked like a light wash rather than a pigmented application. On one nail he got noticeable black lint under one of the applications, after notifying him politely, he grumbled and reluctantly fixed it. To be honest they didn't even use the color I asked for from the swatch, I was just so over my experience I kept quiet. Very disappointing read more

I'm not from the area but moved here for school and had to find a new nail salon to go to and I've never been disappointed here Vivi has been doing my nails since I started going and she always does a great job and she's so sweet. She gives suggestions based on your personal opinion on how your nails should look (what shape, length, color, type of polish). I've been doing ANC and it lasts a long time... I end up going back to change color rather than fix them because it's chipped or whatever (because it doesn't do that). I've been to a few other nail salons in the area but this is definitely my favorite. read more

I got a fill in on my acrylic nails on Sunday. I was initially fairly satisfied despite minor imperfections in the manicure, such as the cuticles not being done at all and bubbles in the polish . By Tuesday one of the nails had lifted to the point where it was barely on. I went back and asked if it could be fixed as an acrylic manicure should last more than 2 days. The nail tech was rude and insisted that it was not their fault. She "fixed" it by putting on crazy glue despite my request to have them redone as the glue was not going to hold for more than a day. My requests for them to redo the nails was ignored and more glue was applied to the point where it was all over my fingers. I will not be returning and I suggest you don't either. Pedicure was okay, manicure was a hot mess. I got ANC for the first time and the owner worked on my nails (very rushed). Not only did it come out thick and uneven but I also had to point out the fact that the nails were not filed evenly .. Some still had rough, uneven edges. If you're okay with that then this is the place to go. But if you expect quality work I'd pass. Still trying to find a good nail salon. Originally from down state where my ladies do an awesome job and are perfectionist. I can go 3-4 weeks with a gel mani. Here my ANC lasted a week then started to chip and looked just awful. I'm shocked at the 4.5 stars here. Went in on a Wed evening at 545. Waited over an hour in an empty store for them to take my gels off and give me a natural manicure with no polish. They also tried to soak my nails in acetone for too long as I waited which is bad for them. Didn't shine/buff my nails either. I attempted to clarify that I wanted my nails to be buffed, but I realized that Id been there for almost 2 hours and needed to take an L with this place and get the hell out of there. To top it all off: all of the tools my manicurist used were filthy. This is the worst manicure I've ever received and I will not be going back. read more

Had my nails done there approximately 2 weeks ago and was very pleased with the work that was done. For $25, got ANC nails and requested a round shape. Everything was performed to perfection. There may be more luxury elsewhere but this was exactly what I hoped for. I had a great experience here with my niece, having chosen the place based on reviews that said they take their time and don't make you feel hurried and they listen and express kindness even if their English is not so strong (the owner is quite fluent and checked in on my niece several times with a smile). I don't typically indulge in manicures and pedicures but this was a treat with my niece who happens to be a special needs 23-year-old with Cerebral Palsy and accompanying foot problems.
