Sandy is great, it took us a little time to get into a rhythym because my nails are super sensitive so I can't have the ANC (get dip) taken off my nails in the usual way, but she listened and now gives me exactly what i need. Calling to make an appointment can be a little disconcerting because they don't take your name or phone number, however, I have never had an issue with my appointment being forgotten or mixed up. Big parking lot that gets plowed well in winter, so parking is always easy. I was most impressed, however, when I tore my ACL and suddenly found myself on crutches as well as blood thinners yet needed to get my nails done for an event...Sandy was so good about making sure that I didn't slip or fall with my injury. She took extra care of me for weeks to ensure I could move safely from the pedicure chair to the nail station, and even made adjustments to ensure that no accidental nicks happened, due to my heightened blood clot risk. I felt cared for, understood and seen, and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend this nail salon.

I showed Jenny a photo from the Internet and she made my nails look exactly like the picture. She's talented and takes pride in her work. With a 20% tip, the total cost for my regular pedicure and full set of acrylics came to $160, which is a value for the level of quality and professionalism. Polishing was frustrating--a piece of fuzz or chunk of polish was stuck in the nail, and when I asked her to fix it, she tried clipping it off with cuticle nippers unsuccessfully, but then just polished over it. At the end, I am still stuck with a chunk of something in my gel polish. Edges of nails not even polished, also frustrating. Got the silent treatment at the end, as she was clearly irritated I asked her to fix the nail. Despite still tipping 20% I won't be returning. Please, can we just take our time and perform the service? I'm paying $60+ so I don't have to do this at home, but if you're just going to blow through it what is the point?

Nancy was not even scheduled to start working at that time but she was so so so so nice to agree to come early for her! This was the happiest my wife has ever been on her birthday!
