I was a bit worried by the lack of decent reviews, but I trusted my friend, so o went here on Saturday afternoon with another pal. We both had a great time and our nails look fabulous. I got a pedicure and then an ANC manicure on my natural nails. She got tips and an ANC manicure. I had Kim, she had Nick. Kim was super nice and friendly. She did a great job and I feel like I have princess nails right now! Everyone there was nice. It was clean and professional. The polish bottles at the front of the store looked well used... but other than that, it was great all around! Disclaimer, I've never had an ANC manicure before, so I'm not 100% able to compare it to something else. However, seemed pretty good to me!

She didn't even sand my feet AT ALL, which is literally one of the main purposes of a pedicure, I thought. I understand the whole foot callus soak/removal is another process that does cost extra. I have opted in for it before when it was offered at other salons. However; this day I was in a rush, and really just wanted the basics so I could go and pack for the wedding since it was the next day. I opted in to the callus remover because I really didn't have another option. Its like $10 extra. Please view my photos below and decide for yourself if this is adequate for you.... After PAYING EXTRA FOR THE CALLUS REMOVER. These photos are from THE DAY I GOT THE PEDICURE. I drove home in sandals, went inside, and took the photos. A complete waste of time and money. She didn't even clean up around the toenail beds or cuticles either. I would rather be held against my will handcuffed to a chair with Nickelback playing in stereo than give these people my money again.

When I first started going there I got basic color ANC nails and after realizing how talented the owner's wife is, I'm now able to get different designs and ombre. I showed Jenny a photo from the Internet and she made my nails look exactly like the picture. She's talented and takes pride in her work. Jenny worked with purpose and did a great job in a relatively short amount of time. With a 20% tip, the total cost for my regular pedicure and full set of acrylics came to $160, which is a value for the level of quality and professionalism. Polishing was frustrating--a piece of fuzz or chunk of polish was stuck in the nail, and when I asked her to fix it, she tried clipping it off with cuticle nippers unsuccessfully, but then just polished over it. At the end, I am still stuck with a chunk of something in my gel polish. Edges of nails not even polished, also frustrating. Got the silent treatment at the end, as she was clearly irritated I asked her to fix the nail. Despite still tipping 20% I won't be returning. Please, can we just take our time and perform the service? I'm paying $60+ so I don't have to do this at home, but if you're just going to blow through it what is the point?
