I had made an appointment for a different establishment and when I got there, they told me it would be 20 more minutes- isn't that what an appointment is for?! Anyhow I called Hollywood and they fit me right in. They had s nice selection of colors for my gel pedicure, and gave me one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. Many salons currently nickel and dime you these days for any extra that used to be included in a generic pedicure.. not the case at Hollywood. I had a fantastic pedicure with a wonderful leg massage, all included in the price. They were clean, friendly, and accommodating. What more could you ask for?! Bonus that they are located right next to target in the Walmart plaza right near Brueggers. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Some ladies were nice and trying to color or draw with her but she was very disruptive and someone said she had been there all summer. Awful for a kid. Mother didn't correct her at all, even when she was climbing on people and yelled at an older lady "I told you to keep coloring!" One lady closed her eyes so she would leave her alone. This child deserves better than to be there all summer and the customers deserve better too. Observed a lady and her granddaughter come in for pedicures. She made it clear she didn't want gel because she was on a tight budget. The worker pushed and pushed and asked probably 5 times and said "your granddaughter needs it she will smudge" until the lady finally gave in but was worried because it was not what she was expecting to spend. Thi a good job on my nails but this is my second time trying here and will not return due to issues above as well as cleanliness. I watched them go between multiple people for pedicures using the same tools without cleaning. The floors, chairs and surfaces are all noticeably dirty and nail pieces everywhere. Two strikes, I've learned my lesson for sure not to come back.

Nancy was not even scheduled to start working at that time but she was so so so so nice to agree to come early for her! This was the happiest my wife has ever been on her birthday! I can not thank you enough guys! My wife and her mother are now a customer for their manicure/pedicure needs. Their work is amazing. I asked for side bangs 3 times & each time was met with resistance. "I don't want to cut too short" I gave up after the third ask. Conversation was also intrusive - where do you live?
