I walked in to the salon and asked for a pedicure with white gel, and an acrylic fill with white polish. They said they could take me back immediately. First, the pedicure. The pedicure was the worst pedicure of my life, it was a huge disappointment. I got the pedicure to relax and it was the exact opposite of relaxing, because a nail tech immediately came over and started filing my acrylics down during the pedicure. Yes, a nail tech came over, laid a towel on my lap, and started drilling my nails down during my pedicure. Nail filings in my nose, mouth, and hair, and all over my clothes. The nail tech was wearing a mask to protect herself from the filings, what about me though? Right. I was so overstimulated, and I was physically uncomfortable because the chair's massage settings were on, but my body was basically bent in half towards one side - because of the nail drilling. So, the massage chair is banging into my ribs, while I'm leaning to one side, and the filings are going in my mouth and nose. So relaxing. And after the pedicure from hell, to top it all off, they gave me the wrong nails! I stopped the nail tech before she could add French tips (I asked for WHITE POLISH on an acrylic fill) to my nails. I paid & left without any polish on my fill, because I was so sick of sitting there, not being listened to, and not being taken care of. They clearly could not afford the time to accommodate me, but wanted my money. On top of that, the prices on their website are SO INACCURATE! I paid $115 for the worst pedicure of my life (the most basic pedicure they offer) & the wrong nails. The $115 not include tip. Deluxe Nail & Spa - Don't take in customers that you don't have time or space for- it makes you look money- hungry and lazy.
