They made sure to help me learn the salon so I could navigate independently. I love Jason's work. He's consistent, an expert in his craft, proud of his work and eager to learn more despite being a seasoned nail tech. I get anc with one tip on a very broken nail. He takes extra steps to make sure the nail is growing healthily AND prevent any fungus from developing while it's healing. Their pedicures are also AMAZING, and the salon is set up with wide spaces to navigate for customers with disabilities plus the lighting is great as well.

Take some accountability and acknowledge that you had an unhappy guest instead of blaming them. Customer service is the most important part of a successful business. Might be playing with fire here since they have a record of being nasty to their customers who review them poorly. In addition to the above mentioned: The quality of work here was not up to our standard either. Two gel manis that chipped, and the tech wouldn't put on an additional top coat since he claimed it was "special and can only be put on once." So why did it chip if it's so special? There are some places where you have to wait regardless so it was great that they honored your appointment time. They have a great array of colors that we chose from and our manicurists were super diligent in their job. I'm really happy with how my nails turned out and haven't experienced any chipping or peeling since! For gel removal and manicure it was $35 which is the same as elsewhere. Super clean space as well with comp soft drinks.
