went to get eyebrows done, had someone who seemed to be already in a bad mood, my very roughly cut off then grab tweezers didn't even seem like she tried to catch hairs and caught just my skin and I screamed out. She then passed me a mirror and said I was done. I said no I am not. I look like when I came in. She said you are I for you. I said I to have them done. took my $20 and then walked over to another worker who ended up bringing me back into the eyebrow room to calm me down and stating no no no you're not finished. I will finish them for you at this point. My eyebrows are in such pain and she had to go over them multiple more times. She did do her best to recover them, but she had to make them skinny, also causing irritation to my eyes after this, the other woman never brought my change back, so the woman who my eyebrows, had to take it out of the drawer and the woman who took my money, was standing at the front laughing in my face this was one of the worst experiences I It took a lot for me not to allow this woman to make me act out of character. I am now sitting in urgent care for the pain and waiting to find out if I'm having reaction. and was not refunded my money. wish I could add photos so I could show you how bad it is. read more

I'm very picky with how things have to look perfect especially my nails/ Toes are very important to always look pretty because it makes me feel sexy. I have always come to this place and have had a great experience each time. I came in with a friend this afternoon, we both asked for the same type of pedicure. The man that was doing mine didn't do several of the things outlined in that pedicure, watched the tv for the entire time he was massaging and did the exact same circle movement on the back of my calf for the entire time, to the point where it hurt quite badly. He did not shape my nails whatsoever and overall did a very bad job. My pedicure lasted half the amount of time that my friends did and I even started after her. Despite not getting the full service, I was charged for it. Very disappointing as this was my favorite place to go and now I am not sure I will return. read more

I've been coming here for years at this point. I'm always happy with the look of my feet (I only get pedicures) and the prices are average for the area, even if they have gone up. The spa pedicures are nice, although what you get varies depending on who is providing the service. However, it's always fine as a baseline, and sometimes great. usually i like coming to this spa due to convenience because it is close to where i live. but my most recent experience was bad. and i don't think i will come back here for at least a manicure. i came in for ANC removal manicure and a regular pedicure. the nail tech, not sure their name, clipped my nail way too short to the point it started bleeding and burning. i told her that it hurts and she still clipped my nail skin off. after that my nail experience sucked because my nail was just burning the entire process! never again. as a nail tech, you should be more mindful and careful. everyone's nail bed is different. wether she cut me or not to be honest, the whole experience felt rushed and not relaxing. i also feel like i was charged too much for the service i got since i did not get any polish. read more

Went in for a basic pedicure and the lady was arguing that I had to do the more expensive treatment. I just had an exfoliation last week and I do keep up with my feet on my own. I had to raise my voice because she kept telling me I had to get another treatment which by the way is what happens every time I go there. Secondly, she was rough, and she cut my toe. This place isn't anything massive or fancy but DO NOT let that deter you. I came in as a walk in, picked my color and was seated in less than 10 minutes. The lady was friendly and sweet!!! She moved quick but did extremely well with everything. One of the best nail shapes I've gotten in a long time. She made sure everything was to my liking. She put a sugar scrub on my hands, gave me a quick lotioned hand massage and when everything was done, as my nails were drying I got a shoulder/neck massage. read more

Every clean interior to this salon. I felt very welcomed on entering. The prices were decent. I loved that the clippers etc used on my nails were in a sterile package. Most fungal infections are caused by nail salons because of reusing the same tools without sterilizing them between clients. The woman that did my nails were very sweet. I went in for a gel manicure and she even massaged my shoulders while my nails were drying and did a skin scrub on my hands as well. The only thing I was not a fan of is her skills. This place is my all time favorite nail salon. The staff here are just the nicest, kindest, most thoughtful people. Plus, their pedicures are the perfect length and they always doing a great job. My mom has a disability and they always go out of their way to accomodate her and ensure she has the best experience. They made pedicures possible for her when it wasn't feasible at any other place. I've been here a couple of times. The staff are always friendly. My girlfriend and I didn't have much of a wait time for our pedis. I didn't feel rushed through the pedicure process. It was nice and quiet, this is probably a "go-to" salon for many as it is always busy when I come. It's a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Also, the prices are very reasonable. The drying station is GREAT! You don't go to many salons drying station and actually feel the air from the fan. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star rating is because most of the nail polish is "watered down". Which makes for a not so long lasting mani/pedi. The reason I know this is because you'll see the nail polish bottles crackle. I always look for the nail polish that doesn't have a crackle look on the paint so I can ensure my pedi lasts longer. read more

Giving "3 stars" because I've had a number of "okay" experiences there. BUT Today , today was absolutely horrible! The person who did my pedi(gel) was absolutely so uninviting and made me feel like I didn't belong there. From the second I walked in I told her I wanted a gel pedi and ANC nails .. she told me it was 20 dollars more for the gel on my toes, I said okay and smiled. Picked the color for my anc and sat down to do my pedicure the water was cold because apparently I took too long picking a color for my nails(there's tons to choose from) she proceeded to rush through my pedicure without even asking what sort of "spa" pedicure I wanted. Then informed me once again that gel is 20 dollars more. As if I didn't already agree to the price. Fast forward... I've never written a bad review before but I am so upset with my experience. I will preface this by saying I have been consistently going to lavender for almost a year and have always loved it. I had a tech yesterday I've never seen so I assume they're new. They were so rough with me that I now have open cuts on every single one of my finger tips (and kept going after knowing she nicked me and I said it was rough). I work in a hospital and now I have small open cuts on every single finger and can't even keep band aids on as I'm washing my hands constantly. On top of how rough she was, my nails straight up look terrible. They're unevenly filed, smudged on top, one fingernail has white marks on it she kept trying to fix and then just gave up and finished my nails. And- the color was not the one I chose. I truly just don't want this to happen to anyone else because now can't even get my nails redone for the event I have to go to because they're painful. But I wish I could bc they're so sloppily and hastily done. You shouldn't leave the nail salon upset and in pain and I'm just really frustrated about this experience. read more

They got us right in for three mani/pedi's. They did a great job and were super friendly. However I noticed they didn't clean the pedicure tubs between customers, or use new nail files. Also they cut my nails and I wouldn't have wanted that, but they may have asked and I misunderstood. We all got regular manicure and pedicures, so I can't speak to ANC or gel. But I noticed they had an enormous selection of both. read more

My nails are jacked up. I have holes with nothing, what I do have is bumpy. The purple isn't solid, I've been given an impromptu French without asking. Waited 55 minutes to get in a chair, fingers wrapped 35+ Minutes. I don't have finger prints. If I hadn't complained my entire thumb print would've been gone. 75 minutes from walk in to service. I mean actual nails between when they alluded to a person coming "soon" to do mine. Charges are wrong, as I needed tips and anc, my friend just anc, both charged the same. Used to like it. As always, I wish Yelp had 1/2 stars because I would actually give this place a 3.5. Service was fine, i didnt wait to be seated, the girl who worked on nails really took her time and I was satisfied with the results. In fact, it's been about 2-3 weeks and my pedicure still looks phenomenal. My reason for a 3.5 are because of the inconsistencies. I went with 2 other friends and we all ordered pretty much the same thing, mani and pedi but all for 3 different types of service. One got a leg massage, one got a back massage, our time lengths were different even though we started about the same time. These inconsistencies could be minor and I could be knit picking but I am who I am right. One of my friends tonight a nail file the technician used was one that was lying around because she did not see it come out of a new package but we weren't 100%. I tend not to spend money of these types of things but if I did this place is still a possibility for me to go back to. Again, all was okay. The service was good and the TV was on pop culture which is a serious weakness of mine. 3.5 is a pretty average rating and I stand by this one. read more
